Vanquis have plagued me for a year, despite my having a payment scheme in place.

These [***] really do take the piss, dispite AGREEING what i can afford, one day 5 calls all day on two diff numbers, got call from their taffy apple call centre decided to ring it back, told the pleb read the [***] notes on the screen as per last TWO calls, advised if you call again i cut the [***] card up and send it back to CS, really. these [***] take the piss.

VANQUIS you are a bunch of c u nt s of the 1st order, [***] off and die.

They been calling me all Sunday!!! Sunday....come on this is a family day off leave it. What am I suppose to do about anything today?? Awful. Can't even have a Sunday in peace after losing my job.

Yeah it is vanquis -    I agreed when I would make a payment only last night. I have so far had two calls one I missed and the second I just didn't even give them a chance to talk - I calmly advised I would not be taking further  any calls from them and they needed to read notes (the person didn't even get a chance to say hello .Then I hung up - I will also be putting them on my reject call  list until after the agreed date so they can go and spin on a drawing pin somewhere !!!!!!!!!!

first told me look at statement ,it said had to change 5di pin no reason ,they gave me one in tel.call
so logged on   and changed it.still no reason why.
i asked 3 times my balance and was told 15 pounds to spend , thats good i thought,they reassured me just incase i didnt fall for the con.
went out spent 8 pounds.asda
next day  i here is they tel me over and over on tel , wanting 60 plus as i misread satement.
what the f.ck,.  the girl really arrogant,told me,  its more tomorrow .
balance only 245 day before.now its 60 plus any fig they please..

get calls contantly all through the day on my moblie and on my house phone .

its impossible to improve your credit,they keep coming up wih charges.bloody liars

vanquis CS is so annoying. they dont care what time they calling. sometime 7am on weekdays. sumtime 7pm in eve on sundays...such a [***] CS n policies.

They're [***] morons. I activated my credit card payment protection because I'm sick. They said it would be reviewed with me personally after 3 months. It was never reviewed with me personally. They said an automated leter was sent out, which I haven't seen. And they presumably used this brilliant automated system to DEACTIVATE my payment protection, and thus started calling me and sending me texts demanding payments.

I called the [***], and have had the [***] call me numerous times, and spoken to them explaining my situation until I'm sick of explaining it, and that my payment protection should never have been deactivated as I'm in the same position still and that I required it and for it to be reactivated IMMEDIATLEY. They still haven't done this and called me yet again, today, saying a payment was due. Meanwhile I've been racking up charges and interest since they deactivated my payment protection. I'm not paying that [***]. [***] scum they are.

Been getting calls off this number and about 8 differnt ones, checked numbers on internet all lead back to vanquis bank! been getting about 7 calls a day when im at work off different numbers every day, not allowed to answer my phone at work which wouldnt really matter as they dont give u enough time to answer it anyway. i did have a debt with them which was paid off in march 2011. i then recieved a letter saying i owed them 5 pound which i dont but even if i did all these phone calls for a fiver ( having a laugh). rang them this morning as it turns out i dont owe them anything ( not a surprise to me) advised them to stop the calls and to take my number off their records or i will take this further as this is harrasment !! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

its alright slagging vanquis off but just think 1st ..you new what they were b4 taking the card out in 1st place..they are a money lending shark with the Law on There side so keep up with repayments and Hey Presto..NO CALLS.....quite easy...pay bit every week if cant afford lump sum each month...i also had the calls calls calls & and more calls..got payments up to date and NONE.....

It's so easy, when they ring me i ask them to hold and put the phone next to the radio, they soon get fed up. One day i asked them to hold and sang loudly whilst hoovering, it cost's me nothing :0)

Me sounds like a Vanquis bank member! Or one of thier debt collectors!

You're not dealing with a reputable organisation here. These guys are corporate thugs, pure and simple.

No morals and a blatant disregard for customer service. Had a call from them on Sunday morning at 8am!

Complete pain in the backside this company. 6 calls in a 3 hour period. All I can suggest is log all the calls, refer them to OFT and also FOS. Whilst FOS are slow in responding, they will charge Vanquis £500.00 for the courtesy of investigating their rank incompetence.
