- Freda BrodieI am being plagued by calls from them too, I have emailed them and called them demanding explanation of how come my card is over. I made payments to the card, got my monthly text saying nothing to pay this month then next thing I know letter from bank saying they had rejected a request for payment to these. They had tried to take a payment when I had no money in my bank because I hadn't left them anything because they told me nothing to pay. They have added on nearly £70 in charges. I can't pay and refuse to get into a debate with their call centre.

- LizziI dont owe them diddlysquat yet they keep ringing!!! You can report them to financial ombudsman as they are not allowed to harrass you unreasonably or at unreasonable hours as its the law, they get their trading licence taken away I believe and some serious tickings off and fines, staff also get fired. Got HSBC into trouble with them and got £170 compo from HSBC and lots of sucking up from HSBC too :) ... Do it its worth it.
