same here. received twice 1 during lunch time and 1 just 10 mins ago. 1st time when I pickup and heard my voice and he immediately hung up. 2nd time called greeted me with "Assalamualaikum". i answer with "sorry?" and he immediately hung up the phone.

saya juga dapat panggilan yang sama baru sebentar tadi... offer talian celcom dgn commitment rm40 sebulan.. tapi saya agak musykil sebab cara percakapan dia macam org seberang..  dan percakapan dia seperti ikut skrip... saya jawab nak diskas dengan husband... kemudian dia terus letak telefon tanpa ckp apa2... mmg mencurigakan..

saya baru terima juga panggilan ni.. agak meragukan

again... offer insurans AIA pulak.. kononnya dengan kerjasama airasia...
tapi kali ni dia guna private number...  peliknya... dalam sehari ada 2 panggilan yg mencurigakan..

I completely blew my cover.  I received a call around 6h ago.  I actually revealed whatever they said.  Ic n address.  I think I'm screwed.  (Is a college student ) they were promoting some phone plans n said my number was 'terpilih '


PLEASE DON'T repeat my mistake!!!

Guy claimed to be from Celcom, telling me that my number was "lucky" enough to be selected to switch to Celcom with "savings".
Said no, forgot to ask where he got my number from ( He had my name etc)

Baru dapat misscall dari nombor ni. Semalam pun ada.

DAPAT  CALL DARI NUMBE 0320233800 . perempuan gesa saya tuka ke celcom.. pelan terendah konon... saya tak nak. tapi die paksa saya.. ntah kenapa popuan ni.. saya kata tanak lagi, terus letak. Beradap nye kamuuu!!
Anyway, I doubt that the call is from celcom.

No ni hari2 menganggu Saya, first call Nama farah nk jual insurance.. Pnggilan k2 mengatakan Saya menang Dlm talian dan Saya pun tk fhm bila la Saya masuk peraduan.. Nama Sarah pulak katanya maxis yg bg no n profil.. Bertambah menarik Hari ini dia call lg katanya telemarketing dr Celcom.. Nama jehan.. Nk buat promosi Celcom!! Ape yg lbh menarik ke semua panggilan nk no acc, no ic, add n mcm2 lg!!

Received a call from the same number today 22/04/2013. The lady from the other end claimed she made the call from AIA insurance with cooperation from Bonuslink. She got all my data related to Bonuslink like my full name, Bonuslink card number, age etc.
Once she asked me of my occupation, I told her that I'm not interested and immediately she hung up.
Can't we do something about this?
Can admin forward all the information here to the appropriate authority as to ensure nobody will be fooled?
Even if the call is true from the telemarketing agency, it has to be regulated somehow, like no information can be retrieved by them thru third party (be it Celcom,  Bonuslink etc).

she asked about celcm too, and i gve her the my info.. what should i do?? i didnt realize until i gave it..what should i do? plz, help me!

got a missed call from the same number about 15 minutes ago. couldnt answer since in the meeting (lucky me) but then caller from this number left me a voice mail. i actually never check my voice mail, but curiosity make me do it. Then I heard a guy in the message said 'BABI'! Like WTF??? tak dapat nak scam aku ko nak maki lak. Go to hell la sonofabitch!!!

whatever card number that u have revealed to them, just go to the bank card and tell them u lost the card. they will replace you with a new card with minimum cost. n the old card will be cancel. because what they will use is the number appear on the card and CVV number (3 digits no. appear next to our signage) at the back of the card. happened to me once, change the card...problem solved. good luck..

I got a call from this number a lot but I never pick it up. They will keep calling you.

Never ever trust this kind of scam. Never ever reveal your ic, atm num, address, bank card num etc. Usually kalau diorg ni call, bila diorang dah start tanya soalan2 pelik camtu, kalau rasa xsampai hati nak terus end call, buat2 je macam line phone ada prob and then terus end call. i always did that whenever i got scam calls like this. Be careful guys.

got a phone call from this number this evening. but when I said hello nobody answered me, so I just hang up.. thx for all the infos guys, at least I know not to pick it up anymore..

I just received the call too. She claimed to be calling from Celcom as well. Talked with a different slabg of Bahasa Melayu. I keep questioning her how she gets my number and I'm a DiGi holder..so why is she calling from Celcom and got my name wrong? She just ignored my question and kept on talking - saying there's this promotion Celcom is having..bla bla bla. I told her I'm NOT interested and that's when she started being rude. She said "Interested atau tak interested, tak apa. I hanya nak cakap. Kalau tak interested tak apa punya..."
I straight away hang up.

Me too got that call from that even though I'm Digi user. Don't bother to answer it...
