Got the same call. It really pisses me off when she mentioned my full name, someone has been selling database to these fraudster!

I received a call from this number minutes ago..spam!

Just receive a call and mentioned I have done some suspicious transactions and asked me to go to Hong Leong Bank Head Office to do clarification and confirm my HLE account is not a suspicious account for wrong doing.

My sister at Ipoh jz received this call saying that she opened an account in Sarawak and ask to lodge police also...same story ! Scam...Please be careful !!!

I received this call this morning as well... mentioned there was suspicious transaction... luckily I know how to handle him as I was a bank staff before..

Also received this call two days ago, and called me again by another person with same number.

Same happened to me today. A mandarin speaking man claimed that an HLB account was opened in January 2017 under my name (he did mention my name correctly and I am not surprised because our name and IC are widely available in public domain) and had a transaction ... bla bla bla. I told him I wasn't good in Mandarin and could he speak in English, he said someone would call me back. hahaha but I know it is a scam.

I received a same call today they can provide my name and nric .. they said i hav rm18k in the acc ask me to walk in to the branch i open the acc @sabah 😰

Today is my turn, I also got the call few minutes ago. Exactly same story as stated above. Account was opened at Kuching branch, unusual transactions. Half way talking to him,  my hubby stopped me to talk to him. At first, I feel so shocked since he can read my full name, IC no and address. However,  I wonder why they work on Sunday. Funny part,  they called me at my hubby's HP not mine.

Some Sarawak police called my dad. Begins from HLB then transferred the call to police. Suspect my dad supplied millions of ringgit for drugs activity. How I wish I am this rich. Did any of you report to the police?

I received same call, mandarin speaking guy, says open in account in Sarawak, unusual txn, ask me report, I ask him email me his details first how to report with no details?

You So smart and I received same 21643939 call today 9.5.2017. Same story, 18k something, some more is mr. Vincent tan from Hong Leong bank HQ.

Hi all. Received the same call. Turns out this is a scam. I called the police and mentioned the so called inspectors name, and there is no such person. Recommend to issue police report. Will do by today

this guy is quite hard working i noticed... i received a call from this number too stating i have 18k coming in but need to clarify info with me first.. i told him speak properly i dont understand what u are saying if u speak chinese dont mumble... he hung up... anyways i suggest we shld contact HLB and report collaboratively to stop these [***]!

I received it just now....the girl Vivian mention having some1 open an account under my name in Sarawak.... Ask me to go Sarawak to make police report.... Hahaaaa...  I. Now I only know it scam call....  Waste my time to spoke wit her....

Male caller spoke in Mandarin mentioning my name. When I told him to speak in English, he hung up!
