stupidoss..they all bluffing by saying they are from shan co la ape la....tipu semua ni.mmg kalo hutang pon,,lebih baik settle ngn bank dr settle ngn korang.manager korang pon sama mankok ayun.aku harap korang semua yg keje kat ctu ,,sila pulang ke pangkal jln.

Some ppl make mistake, in real trouble, and they need time to get back to the surface.
True, we still need to pay the amount we owe to the bank, then we can live in peace. But sometimes, we face some serious trouble, that we need more time to start paying (and this is what some collection agency people don't care).

If the agent can bring the debtor to negotiate, wisely and kindly, win-win for both, i guess most of them have no issue.

But when the agent started to threatened this and that, not all people can get scared easily, some will feel so annoyed, lodge report, bla bla bla, in the end, run and dont want to pay.

Bank shd hire a competent agency to collect the debt, not hiring some agency, which is more or less like along. Better, don't appoint the agency. Use internal. Direct deal with bank.

I used to owe few thousands on my cc,  same case like the rest, account got frozen, agency call bla bla bla.... after arrangement n negotiation being made, i paid all. now can live in peace. debt free.

those who are in serious financial debt, you need help. Don't assume this thing will go.

3 month pun hutang tetap hutang,,,,masih boleh bayar min pymtkan.......

Roy...sesetuju segt2......nak buat macammana, tetiba ekonomi merundum, bukan saja2 nak cari pasal sakitkan kapla hotak....tahu kah kita ketentuan Tuhan tetiba datang "Tsunami". org yg tak kena tak merasa tak apa lah.......dulu income sebulan sy jer dah rm20k, charge card silver gold semua ada, charge card means Cash lah....beli rumah pun lebih hampir sejuta, sy dah kata, u all nk saman, saman jer lah, nak naik turun court pun, i wil go, nak suruh sy bayar dgn apa....tapi biarlah berbudi sikit.....melainkan lah hutang boleh dibayar dgn nyawa....ambik lah, tu pun kalu dah sampai ajal, kalu tak sampai ajal lagi.....paksa macamana pu tap tak boleh bayar. Pihak bank tak bertimbangrasa perasaan manusia sebenarnya. Saman, saman aja lah...jgn dok kacau call beratus ribu kali macam tak ada akal.

same like you all...baru received call just now... tapi masalahnya tersalah org...hehehe, hutang da di bayar dengan epf.... nak ckp apa lagi.... entah2 mereka yg berhutang... dont take advantage dr kesusahan org lain....

Tak perlu paksa2 orang suh bayar hutang.....lain kali kalu diorang call...suruh jer diorang proceed saman....kita lawan kat court...tak payah nak paksa2....

Betul aku setuju ngan kata-kata bangang ko... kalo dah berhutang buat cara berhutang... pinjam ngan bank sampai merayu-rayu nak duit... dah dapat duit lupa tanggungjawab nak bayar balik... baca dulu surat perjanjian dgn bank sebelum buat hutang ngan diaorg bodoh!!!!!!!!

This number is debt collector agency assign by several banks, P&A smartsolution. They called u to collect debt on behalf of the bank.but they did in very disrespectful way and giving you misleading posibilities if u are unable to pay,they even suggest you to get loan from ah long to settle the debt and scarying you with bankruptcy and your future.

Yes they can come to ur office and home,but only to discuss,they cannot enter your premises,they cant take pictures or possess any of ur belongings. U can choose to ignore but u will receive more annoying calls from them,u can discuss with ur bank to make an appeal if u want to make a proposal of payment,or last resort go to AKPK

Omfg! I got this number too!!! I was owing 5k, he "deva" who called me said I was owing 9k! Try to scared me!!

Banyak complain.hutang kau dah bayar belum???kalau bank call, kau org suruh proceed Legal, tahu bank tak buat site visit. Bila agency call, kau merapu sangat. Cuba kau org cakap baik baik sikit bila agency call. Kau org melantun ingat org kat phone pekak?tak de otak. tentulah dia melantun balik bangang

Korang dah tak bayar hutang..lagik nak melalak 1 Malaysia...dah pakai kad..isi minyak..beli barang..bayar insurans..keluar duit...lepas 2..taknak bayar bank...bayar pun kepada bank..bukan kepada agensi...bonggok punya penghutang!!!!

Yg ko pon nak melalak kat page ni nape? Ko pon debt collector gak ke? X salah keje ko tu, Tp mase mintak org duet gune bahase yg elok bkn cam haram.. Nmpk sgt korang Punye education tahap mane.. jgn malukan syarikat korang.. 1 day korang pon Akan kene camni gak.. What goes around comes around.. Kalo x kene kat ko pon, kene kat family ko... tapi kan apa yg pelik pasal agensi ni..kalau setel lalui mereka dari 12k dapat kurang 9k jer..last2 gi bank terus mereka kasi full settle 5k jer.. lepas setel dan dapat surat release letter, budak pihak agency call maki2 aku pasal settle dgn pihak bank...apa citer ni? aku hutang bank ke atau hutang agency?

ko main2 kan je dorang ni..cakap je esok aku bayar...diam le dorang..kalau they all call lagi ckp esok nye pulak nak byr..aku slalu main kan dorang....pastu siap ckp they all dr legal firm....lancau!!!....P&A smart solution tu debt collector hahahahha
