dah banyak kali dapat call dri no ni.  mengaku dari pihak celcom, memang lah saya ada mslah dgn pihak clcm sbb agent clcm yg jual sim card tu tipu tgt sim card yg dye jual.  dh bnyk kali terang dgn cmpny ni, siap dh fax an polis report and surat sumpah lagi dkt dyeowg tp dyeowg still call cmpai ari ni. sengal je.

Simple, everyone has debts, including me, some might agree, some to egoist, don't want to admit. I have unpaid debt due to business close down and so on. there's a way to settle it.

It is their job to call and push for payment. I worked in collection agency for 6 months after my business close down. I know what is the environment inside. They been treated like banglasdeshi if no any payment coming in. Just imagine, someone, your superior yell at you in the morning telling you stupid and get lost.

Amount of pressure is maximum. They're trained to push customer but they have the trigger button. once customer being rude to them, they will warn you first, if still persist then they blast.

when they call you, tell them you just submitted to AKPK. Menawhile, draft a letter direct to bank CEO or MD what so ever, but not to department head. response very slow.

just tell them, you get harassment from the agency and you want to deal with the bank. Immediately, the bank will abort your case to bank. Then you discuss on repayment or if still no able to pay off full or partially, go for monthly payment. each time bank calls, please answer.

When you don't respond to banks call, then they assign it to agency to trace you.

u ppl r all stupid,dont pandai pandai comment,u hv a debt u hv to settle....walk in to bank direct n make arrangement to pay.use ppl money n talk so much.any 1 call n say u hv debt at this bank call the bank n clarify n make arrangements to pay...tak malu,,,dah hutang nak complain kat net pulak....aiyoooo

Poor rude collector. Belajar tak pandai, tu setakat boleh kerja kutip hutang dan maki-maki orang. Kalau mak bapak atau keluarga mentua korang tahu ni kerja korang sah malu. Professional lah wei. Kawan serumah aku dulu pun kutip utang credit card juga tp berhemah dan pandai pujuk orang. Maximum incentive dia dapat sebulan 4k. Budak2 collector yg kurang ajar ni kalau kau cabar dia jumpa haram dia tak mau. Mulut puaka kat telepon jer.

pagi td ada pompuan call..kata saya ada tjnggakan loan selama 3 bulan dgn kuwait finance dan minta segera dibayar...padahal setiap bulan gaji saya dipotong melaluislip gaji....adakah ini satu penipuan?

my case is different. there is a malay lady call me that to ask me about whether i'm the guy who named "chin xxx xxx"(sorry, i didn't hear it clearly, but totally not my name!) but, this is not the 1st time i get call that find this person!!! they call me with different number and different caller~

Baru tadi terima panggilan dr number ni suh sy byr full settlement utk loan sy...sedang kan sy under AKPK...buat ape lagi nk buat full settlement... semua data peribadi sy ada pada AKPK..sapa dorang ni sebenar nya..bank ke hape...dia kata dia dr pihak RHB...nama dia "RJ"...dia call ofis..then nk mintak number phone sy...mcm confused la..

bodoh punya debt collector!! u gali u punya kubur then u masuk tanam diri u sendiri...

so do i, last week received a call said from MBB but when i asked MBB from which branch they said MBB KL lah.... stupid.. if MBB Credit Card should located at Jalan Melaka. im owing MBB CC for RM4,270-00 and asked me to paid half of the amount. No way.. to others please dont pay the amount that F****NG debt collector request. they're only chasing for their commission. if commision target do not achieve that's why the debt collector like hulk hogan... heheh... i paid only 500 every month until finish.... When they know that the amount that i paid is not the amount that they request, they call me like hell. they think im afraid.. im not owe with you la F****NG debt collector... this MBB also like F**K appoint this kind of debt collector , eventhough lots of complaint but no action taken from them. Any one know this no.: 7626 1760 the F****NG girl name is Tini.

kalo nk pk secara mendalam sket,diorg bkn dpt number kite dr telco..tp dr bhgian pentadbiran (aku xtau ape badan kerajaan yyg control benda cmni)..sbb aku ckp cmni, x kire la brape number fon yg korg ada (xksh la maxis,celcom,digi etc) mmg diorg akan dpt detect..so,mcm agak mustahil diorg dptkn maklumat dr setiap network provider..instead,diorg dpt dr 'database centre'...korg tau x badan yg handle data2 ni?so aku rase,dr situ la diorg dptkn details kite...

Salam,cuma nk luahkn pendapat.Kepada sesiapa yg berhutang tuh,bayar aje lah.tak dapat settle lumsum,byr sikit2 pn boleh.Pihak Agensi dapat detail penghutang2 ini pn dari Pihak Bank..Bila tak bayar loan kereta selama 2 bulan 21 hari,kereta mesti kena tarik.kalau tak bayar duit sewa rumah 3 bln,comfirm korang kena halau.macam itu jugak dgn card credit.Min payment diperlukan setiap bln.Korang buat report Polis pn tak berguna,sbb kalau ada tindakan dh lama Agensi Tutup.Penghutang2 yg pindah rumah/tukar kerja/tukar no tel kena lah bgtau pihak Bank.Ini semua tanda2 nak lari dr pihak bank.Pd collection agensi,xperlu lah aggresive sgt bila minta hutang,pd penghutang2,byr aje bila cukup waktu.sekian

Kalau memang betul berhutang tak kisah la nak bayar...but I have never owned a credit card or taken out a loan in my life. I just finished school. This smells of something fishy.
