Most of telemarketing product is very good actually compare to buying from agent. Agent wont disclose internal process of company, but telemarketer have to tell (if the customer ask abt it) because the call is recorded. They cant run from the customer's question. If telemarketer doesn't ans what the customer is asking, or answered wrongly for the question, their superior will ask to call back to make the correction. And no point telemarketer lyng to customer, because tat money not going to taken by them like agent. Its all will go to client's company. Im a telemarketer. So peaple there, u wanna know anything bout this, or wanna ask question, please ask me. Ill answer and help u all.. I'll be checking this side always ti give u all info. 10Q
