dah berhutang tu g byr,tak byr sampai 5 6 bulan memang la bank g bg file dekat agent,alasan xde duit,tapi pakai enset mahal2,bergaya,belagak mcm org kaya,tapi hakikat nye xde pe2,bila nk ambik tindakan,baru la semak,kalau tak reti nk byr,tak payah pinjam dengan bank,masa nk pinjam kemain lagi merayu pe sume,sume tahap cipan,

Ni no sama lah dengan aku..tn haji apa entah..bingai..nak collect hutang 3k lebih dalam masa dua hari..aku student kowt..aku pulau terus

Also got a called from this number. I called him back and told he was from firma guaman jalan duta.. Very rude talking even i spoke nicely to him. Asked why and what a matters, and he said i dont know... Why?? Its not the way to talked to strangers that we dont know actually where they coming/called from.

I received the same call from this number. I told them i went to AKPK to settle my payments and they are in the midst of processing. Then they keep calling my house and harassing my parents that they are coming to "saman" me in court. So i told the guy who called me, please proceed with the saman, then I have better documentation to provide AKPK to process it further.

One day later this number called again, and a lady spoke to me claiming to be from AKPK, and my application has been rejected. So i asked her if i can have her staff number and I will call AKPK directly to verify. She hung up. 2 mins later another guy called me and said he is from AKPK Maju Walk and my application for AKPK consolidation is rejected. So i asked him nicely again if i can have his staff number and I will verify. He rudely started threatening me "kenapa? Untuk apa awak mahu staff number?"

Then i beh tahan i said this number that u are calling from is not AKPK. I have AKPK number and I want to call them to verify. he was rude and started telling me "jangan berlagak pandai" and told me to walk into AKPK Maju junction and ask for his name at the counter. Then i said I will call AKPK directly, because i already have a dedicated counsellor and cut the call.

These people are nuts. They forget the power of internet.

KES nak ke wss (bankrap) ni selalu ada surat dr mahkamah ke lawyer ke.. kalau call ni slalu collector...mmg samseng pun cara diorg tk peduli apa alasan skali pun.. sbb diorg ni diberi apa pun maklumat tentang hutang kita ngn bank. Cara dia mmg ugut semacam...

Can anyone use power of lawyer or anythingzzz to fight against them..? Or at least we tell the world how rudezzz these people work for bankzzz...yezzz i believe for commentzzz said these people 'ugut' like ah long stylezzz... not a proper wayzzzz.....we not runningzzz from bankzzs...sometimezzz people like us have own reasonzzz...fired/company closezzz/got no payment/business down/family matterzzz... etc. Other person can't buy car just because of fresh...no name in ccris, they need to apply crdt card for six month used.. then apply car loan...apprvd...now need to pay both debtzzz card n carzzz...boommmmm....blacklisted.. culture shockk...swipe everythingzzz they wantzzzz....
For info... these what we call system that created by jewzzzz... hahaha...we're victimzzz of circumstancezzzzz... but believe me.. if u are bancruptcy... u are not a loserzzz... start from 0... make ur life better than before..  for debt collectorzzz who read this, one day, u'll stand in our shoezzz!

pada mereka2 yg byk hutang gunalah AKPK utk settlekan hutang dgn teratur dan payment yg minima
mcm saya alhamdulillah dah beberapa bulan melalui AKPK..
kalau ade call pelik2 abaikan sbb kita lebih percaya pada AKPK
kan AKPK dah direct bayar dgn semua bank yg kita sangkut, dah takperlu nak bayar melalui debt collector lagi

All agents ni mmg low mentality and in term of education mmg abis SPM je..So create stories yg mmg merepek2, dr pejabat lawyerlah..nak sita rumahlah..then I surf internet opis agent ni mcm cyber cafe je..I ada 4 jad Kredit which I applied for AKPK..Ada agent call ckp u muda lg..Napa nk buat AKPK, esk2 nk buat loan bank..I said never, I dh Ada rumah, kereta and tanah..I dh serik dhn urusan riba' bank..to all bankers..duit bonus korang, duit gaji korang semua riba'..hukum sama sprt berzina dgn mak sendiri..I make a vow.. Satu sen duit aku tak halalkn..skrg semua bank ngaku Islamic bankinglah..[***]! Big fat liar..aku dh serik and I will never keep my money inside the bank..time gaji terus keluarkan..klu gaji leh bye by hand..aku sanggup dr guna bank.

In the text message mention that " Waran Penyitaan dan Lelong barangan rumah (WSS) and Judgement Order/Order of Sale kerana gagal menjelaskan pinjaman akaun BSN Card RM3353.73. Sila hubungi pegawai kami ditalian 03 27278717".

I'm very surprise, i never take any loan or having BSN Card. When I call those number, none pick up my call. To safe guard myself and family, I plan to log a police report and take a real legal action on them.

To those send the text to me, please clarify and justify to me.
I'm not joking, I give you 24 hours to reply. If I did not receive any respond, I will proceed to log a police report and legal action by 23 Dec 2015.

Bayar lah hutang,sibuk nak buruk kan agent bagai,buduh,,jangan sampai x sempat nk byr hutang,kalau dekat padang masyar ade cdm xpelah..Kalau korang byr hutang xde nye agent nak call,.Aku pun pernah kena call jgk dgn pihak agent. Tapi bila aku dah settle rasa lega,, hehehe

Sy kena tadi.ade 1 orang nama kamal.call number fon sy...cakap nak tampal notis.i tnya u dari mana.dia x nak jawab.dia cakap kak nak tau lagi lanjut.call lawyer sy...dia bagi no fon.lawyer  nama zaharah. Yg si kamal ni...cakap gagap2.i x berapa jelas pe yg dia ckp.siap ugut dan so rude.cakap nak tampal notis dekat rumah.

Betul ke cam ni???
