macam mana nak buat report ke BNM? debt collector 2 kali datang office selepas buat bayaran..memaksa utk buat bayaran lebih

Should be debt collector, I owe Maybank Credit Card. Last time was from another agency I guess, but they have all kind of numbers.
My experience was, first they will call you threaten you that from Mahkamah, then they will call your family/office whichever numbers you gave them when you apply for the card, ie emergency contact.
Thanks to the sharing here, I realised it's from debt collector.
However, I did not respond to the bank collection dept so in the end they transfer my file to outsourcing dept, it's still MBB but this dept refer our case to debt collector and that's why we get harassment.
Contact the bank straight, they didn't allow for installment at first, keep appeal for minimum payment... They still don't allow to waive the interest but really have to keep asking... Change another person in charge might be better, just keep trying and take out your sincerity and pay it.
Will not be a court case if you owe them less than RM30k, but don't forget their interest is very high and on daily basis.

selalu dorang call, gertak dan ugut kata nak sita rumah dan kereta. mak aku yang panic. tapi aku buat relax je. tak perlu nak takut. pernah sekali aku terbaca satu artikel kt internet. katanya tak perlu takut. hutang bawah rm30,000, x ada apa2 kereta atau rumah, yang ada cuma handset nokia buruk, memang dorang tak ada hak untuk menyita. melainkan kalau hutang kita 1,000,000.00 ke atas. kalau koperasi ugut, report kat suruhanjaya koperasi Malaysia, mmg cpt dorg ambil tindakan. kalau lain2, AKPK.. pendek kata, Bahasa debt collector ni mmg kasar dan kurang ajar. walhal makan gaji je kot....

SKMM. asal tak block number ni. bagi pehutan² Dapat dia org ni,terus buat laporan polis.
Bagi Bank2 atau Company2 yang meberi Data Details Client dekat Company ke 3. kita boleh su - Saman Bank or Company's yang bagi details kita pada Pehak ketiga. kalau dia nak datang Rumah ke apa ke.. pukul je . sebab dia org ni tak ubah macam Pencuri.  apa sahaja urusan makamah.
Makamah tak akan Sekali,Guna agent.
Masalah nya bile Kita Call Bank,Tanya Pasal Record kita. dia akan cakap: MAAF TUAN,SAYA TAK DAPAT CHECK. SEBAB DAH MASUK BAHAGIAN LEGAL. BILE TANYA SAPE BAHAGIAN LEGAL... BERMACAM-MACAM CERITA NYA. CAKAP JE LA,LEGAL KAU 3RD PARTY COMPANY.
SENANG NAK SU-SAMAN. BANK2 DIA ORG PUN TAK NAK SELESAI KAN CASE NI CARA BAIK. DIA BIAR KAN JADIK LAGI LAMA.... TAK YAHU KENAPA. KALAU BANK2 SURUH pemijam bayar 100sebulan pun dah selesai semua hutang2 ni.

Sama la... rosak xdtg2.. malas byr.. then br receive kol mnyamar lawyer.. nk sita harta.. budus..

Greetings Guys, i would like to give a personal advice. Just be firm when you receive call from them no matter what number. Always ask them to identify their company. Surat saman ke ape ke. You tell them ill deal direct with bank. Write a black and white letter stating your debt to them and least keep a copy with you. This can secure you, yang lain endahkan....This guys is just chasing sales..nak panggil pun line is not going trough....so just chill and take the call with a firm voice. My advice. They want to instill fear...but never let fear take control.

Diorg ni mmg sial ! Yeah sial ! I ade hutang credit card like 5k, this no call me ckp from mahkamah and bgtau yg kes i dh kene bawa ke mahkamah and she's wanna help me. So she give me contact no and his name is  tuan yusof iskandar. But i buat bodoh je for few days then ade this no call me and the no is +60 10 310 9418 saying that he's a driver lorry and otw to my house to sita all my parent's property because i hutang dgn bank. Then i marah sbb the property is not even mine. Then the driver lorry said i better call this no 0108384215 if i dont want them to sita barang. I dh cuak gile sbb its my first time kene mcm ni and i baru hutang 5k. Nape nk sita barang2 include my car. Then i call the no and he said he can stop the driver if i settle all my debt on the same day before 5pm. I was scared so i call my dad and guess what... My dad call the no and maki diorgg.. Diiorg sudah takott and terus hang up and never call me back.. Dont believe anything the said. They are liars !!!!

no syarikat kutip hutang ..semua bank serah bio data kita pada syarikat ini sekiranya kita berhutang..tak dapat bayar..  dia org ni jenis along jugak.
nak sita rumah ,,nak sita barang barang dlm rumah ..

Ini memang syarikat samseng, telefon kpd org lain katanya drp Mahkamah nak buat WSS, sudah nak sampai rumah..... buatkan org dgn suara tinggi, no lain 0108392856,  0108372416, 0172906237 nama Kamal Abdullah

number ni call jgk ngan saya dan hampir2 saya tertipu dengan saitanirrajim ni... ckp dalam masa 1 jam dah sita barang2 dalam rumah sedangkan saya hutang baru 1 ribu yg tak dijelaskan... (SINGER) memang sial la ckp meraka dari dept collector la dapat arahan dari mahkamah tuk sita barang2 umah saya... yg mereka tak bawa kuar cume pakaian dan makan jerr.. yg lain nak angkut ...saitan sangat... saya hampir2 tertipu ... klu nak setle call peguam dorg ... then pas saya call peguam tu nama encik abdul razak saitan... klu dlm masa 1 jam saya tak bank in amount tu barang saya akan disita...then saya merayu agar dpt dikurangkan wang tersebut ...masa tu dorg ckp bank in dlm masa setengah jam ...sesampai di atm mesin saya terlambat 3 menit dan akaun tu tidak aktif.....siallllllllllllllllllll mau mampos dorg ni...

Kalau dah hutang tue bayar laa!!! Bila cs bank call janji manis pung pang pung pang..Tak bayar jugak...Korg nie jenis mampos lagi elok!

AL , saya pon kena dengan orang sama phone yang sama call saya.. mula 2 tuan rizal, kemudian dia bg no tengku zakaria ni.. total loan tertunggak saya dia sebut 30k++, tp bila saya check dgn bank cuma 26k saje.

Saya ari2 dpt Cal nombor ni.  Ari ni Saha 11 Cal.  Tapi saya tk angkat Sebab bz... Kalau saya betul2 nk byr saya terus ke kaunter bank berdekatan terus byr di kaunter puashati dpt resit.

keep calling non stop too. in first place they using hp number, i didnt trust. and now they using house phone. wondering who they are?

Hi i too received calls frm thid no. 27378731 and fw other hp numbers...bt whter its a blessing or a curse my hp had problem since aug my TM debts been like ages ago i hav not settle...i duno whter thy r calling me bout tht...i hav credit card bt i awez pay minimum so far no issues...wonder wich debt collector
