0333600512

Got call this evening from 0333600512. ( I have caller ID on my phone).  I asked if he was a genuine market research co. Didn't answer, just said I have just three questions.   I put phone down. Then wondered  - how did they get my number?  Which organisation sold my number on.? Till today  I have had no trouble with marketing calls and am registerd on TPS.  I suspect a car insurance co.

Like many others with TPS I still get lots od sales calls. Tonight (8pm) I get a call from 0333-600512...I told them to go away with a goodbye!

Got several messages left in possibly Spanish on answerphone - no idea who they are and what they want or I would tell them to go away. Message lasts for several minutes. Presume a scam and as long as I am not paying their bill intend to ignore and delete.

Rang twice today.First time they hung up. Second time it sounded as if they were asking for a Mr Holocaust (no offence intended). Said there was no one here by that name and they hung up.

Got called 14:28 by this number on 21 February 2012 but typed the number into google instead of answering the phone, oh how glad I am now doing so

I got called today 22/2/2012 @ 14.46 by this number. The company is called "Consumer Lifestyles". They were trying to sell a PPI miss selling claims management.service.

This requires a license from the Ministry of Justice. The terms of this license stipulate that they are not allowed to "cold call" numbers registered with the TPS, thus they are in breach of their MoJ license.

I have complained to the TPS today and also lodged a complaint with the Ministry of Justice and Consumer Direct (which will shortly become Citizen's Advice consumer service).

Hiding their number by giving the 0333600512 number is also deception to circumvent caller display.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION !!!

Further to my reply. The company was called Consumer Lifestyle.

My elderly aunt (with Alzheimers's) lost out £250 to a similar company (Tucan Claims) The Ministry of Justice have suspended their license currently.

Please complain if you get one of these calls to the MoJ 020 3334 3555 and to the TPS.

This number called twice tonight- didn't answer either.  They didn't leave a message- they must ignore TPS.

Fed up with getting calls from this number - they don't even bother to address me by my proper name

Ive just had a call from this number.....as I had caller display and didnt recognise it, I didnt speak, just listened...you can hear office noise in the background. I then had the brainwave of turning my tv on full blast and holding the phone against it. They soon hung up. Idiots.

This is the second time I have had this number call me and I havn't answered yet does any one know who it is

Check out the post from "Mark" a few posts above yours.  Funnily enough I have had a few calls from "Consumer Lifestyles" wanting to conduct a survey, but the caller is always Asian and the call is international. Must admit I stop them after a few words so no mention of PPI misselling.

4 times called in the last hour, but it's just  no one there, getting fed up with it, is there nothing I can do?.
