I can 100% confirmed you that this number 03-77875200 it is from Astro appointed group who to run the campaign to promote Astro Beyond decoder upgrade service to existing customer.  Astro is currently encourage and promote to existing customer to change the old decoder to new Astro Beyond decoder with additional RM20 on top of your existing package pay every month.


Basically, certain agents who call from this number are unprofessional, impolite when spoke to the customer. They don’t have good skills how to handle customer, pronounce wrong customer name and even give a lot execuses to hang up phone when unable to handle customer's questions. A lot of mistake they have done and it is really jeopardize Astro image.

If you are you receive call from above no and dissatisfy with their service, please make a phone call to Astro customer service to express your disatisfaction. But, please remember do not waste your time to call back that number. The number is fake and unreacheable as it has programmed in the telephone system by telco.

Huh! No wonder they keep calling me everyday. I blocked this number permanently!

They ask me to change my current astro to astro beyond. initially i say yes over the phone.
but now i change my mind because i just remember my house going to run a big renovation soon...

I just received a call from the said number and yes it was diconnected. Than i received a miss call notification informing that i Have a miss call from 0377875200. Hurm...

My Mother in law also receive call from this around evening( petang)... when we call back.. the number we dial is not in service... so wierd...

I had 2 calls simultaneously at the same time from this two numbers:- 03 7946 3333 & 03 7787 5200. The freaking parties did not even answer when answered the calls.

Extremely disturbing and annoying if Astro is employing this BAD Tactics, they are going to lose a lot of customers.

There is no justifications to sign on Beyond and pay the extra RM20/- per month. The current service is already bad. The current basic package contains channels which some of us cannot watch or even understand the languages and yet we have to pay for them. Wake up Astro.

I got call from this number 03 - 77875200 yesterday few times and today but did not answer the call.

From what I read the comments, if Astro is really employing this BAD Tactics, surely the reputation is going from good to bad.
