This number need me to upgrade my Astro account to beyond. I told him I no need to upgrade because I must pay + RM50.00 per month. After 2 two day they sabotage my Astro reception. After I call to Astro the representative recommend to me please upgrade to beyond if I need the good reception. I told to Astro representative please terminate my account if he need to sabotage again. After that he stop the call. I think government please take action. About this problem.

it is extremely annoying to get calls from them up to 6 times a day..if the person does not pick up your call, it means that they dont want anything from you, they dont want to be disturb..demm..

I've receive this call but I didn't answer it because I was having a dinner.But when I want to call it back for activing my astro it just didn't work for the number..My astro has been occuring Inactive SIM CARD!!THIS SUCK!!Has any of you been occuring this kind of service too??

Got missed calls from this number everyday.....disturbed....so I put it into blacklist number..so that the calls will be block...this is from agent to promote the Astro's promotion..it's dispute the contract because during fill the Astro form ..I ticked to not receive any promotion from any medium either from call, sms or emails...but the agents still disturb
...the last step is...we should block those number (many numbers but from the same place)

Minggu ni je dah 6 kali dpt call from Astro dr macam2 nombor yang lebih kurang sama.. Agak mengganggu sbb aku x minat nak tukar2 pakej yg sedia ada.. tukar pakej, upgrade, semua guna kos tinggi.. Charge Astro Beyond je dah RM 20.. x termasuk gst lagi.. aku tak kan pick up call from marketing site.. sbb mmg tak minat.. Hari tu promote tukar iptv.. kali ni ntah ape ntah nak dipaksa aku.. Kalo nak inform pasal bil bole aku layan.. tp mslh nye tetiap bulan aku x pernah miss bayar bil Astro..

Pengguna android boleh download apps 'Calls blacklist' untuk block no yg tak ingini dan private call. Saya dah guna apps ni sb tak tahan diganggu panggilan dari Astro.
