Same thing happens to me everyday no matter morning, noon or night 3-4 times missed call from that number.
I have account with True Energy, I do believe this call is from their credit collecting department base in overseas (suspected India).
I had answered this call one time, they asked my details but I refused to use as they sounds dodgy, then they asked Credit Card details but I refused then I just hang up for security reason (as some of Indian people has expertise in hypnotize over the phone)

Hope True Energy can do better in handling their collecting department.

I'm sick of these tools from sum up company called TRU ENERGY. They keep trying to get me to pay a bill for gas connected to my place 6 months before I moved in. Why don't they take their dodgy company and their, more than probable illegal immigrant workers, and [***] back to whatever country they came from.

Same American woman telling me how important my call is and yep you guessed it, no answer,

i have had a trace put on my mobile with the same number . i rang it back from house phone now to see if we get charged $$$$$ for ringing the number .

Yes i have been getting these american answering machine or what ever it is from that number 03 82560832 ........so thanks for that i`ve also have activated the  barred feature on to............so by the looks of it it must be Tru energy also tried to find but couldn`t get through.............................

I had 2 missed calls from this number in the space of 1 minute. Second time an Indian woman left a message on my voicemail saying she was from Tru Energy and that I need to attend to my electricity bill immediately! Well I had paid this bill already and called Tru energy asking what I had to fix..and of course nothing - all paid and no one from Tru Energy had called me at all.
I rang the missed call number back (0382560832) and a recorded American woman asks me to hold as their operators are busy..............I hung up, I hope no one gives these people any info on themselves and if you have any energy concerns call the supplier direct on their customer service line......VERY DODGY!

thanks, that's really helpful. :) I haven't called them back on 1800 336611 to annoy them yet, but I think I will be doing so soon! - they keep calling and hanging up on me, and then when I call the number from the landline, it's that silly female american voice saying, 'Your call is important to us, all our lines are currently busy, please hold...' - So irritating.

When I have called it back it was an automated american voice saying "thank you for returning our call,  it is important to us please wait for the next available operator"
I was holding on for 26 mins and no answered,
I think this type of thing needs to be addressed by an ombudsman.

I was getting the same "missed" calls - but I am sceptical that it is TRU and not some scam number that if you call back your phone account is charged $3 per minute or the like.
I would suggest dont call that number.

It only ringing twice then stopped, what's this number,it is so annoying!

i have had the same call but on one time i pick up and it was optus to sort out my
claim and now i have got them to stop calling me andf there not yanks there philos

no it's optus this is how they get more money out of us if your with them grrr

Just received 2 calls from this number, I answered both of them and they hung up on me, called back and was hung up on.....rude!

These pricks just called me. No recorded american message on the call back - just cut off after three rings.

Yep, same as above, only rings three times then hangs up. I do currently have an overdue bill with TruEnergy, so I'm betting it's a debt collector. I'm quite happy to answer a human calling me, if they're patient enough to wait for me to answer, and don't hang up on me! Guess I know not to bother answering this one now.
Still, it's better than the Blocked number with recorded message they usually use.
