I had the same call today, but I refuse to agree. Could you keep us posted on your issue?

I had a missed call from this number at 6:30 pm. I called back in the morning and there was no answer.

They keep calling and i miss the call cause they dont call long enough and NEVER leave a message. When i call the number back they dont answer.

I have received calls from this number, about 10 times in the last 5 days, very annoying, not wasting me time on it.

They've called me several times over the last few weeks and don't bother leaving voicemails so I assumed telemarketers.

Don't bother trying to call back though, the number just rings out.

If these people do notleave me alone I am going to start a bloody petition about the worlds most useless telemarketers! If they want something - at least answer the bloody phone when we call you back; or call for long enough so we can answer (although i never would anyways) OR leave a bloody message!

Got the call a couple of times, didn't pick up or couldn't and I didn't call back but looked up Google and found that it was a company so I just ignore it, thinking it's probably to sell something.

i got a call at 7pm at night. didn't answer as i didn't recognize the number. they didn't leave a voicemail either

The issue here is if they tag your number as a call back to them, it opens up the door for them to call you back.  

Here is how you can win the battle,ask them the following:
1-What company they are calling from including the registered address, ACN, & ABN, website, return contact details.
2-How your details have been provided to them.
3-What legislation allows them to contact you.
4-What procedure they have in place to ensure they do not break the legislation.
5-How you will never be contacted again.

If anyone from this company reads this, call me back for a free demonstration on how you will not be pleased to have done so.

While you may prepare responses to these, the other questions will be more fun to ask.

yep keep calling my mobile and when I try to call them back get nothing! thank goodness I know its nothing important now!

Correct it is BMS Telecorp. Do what the other people who have been harassed are doing and annoy them. Their address is Suite 4a 677 High St Kew, 3102. Phone Number is 03 8850 2200. Order them some pizza and make sure there are anchovies on it.

I've had four missed calls from this number in the last few days, with no voicemail message being left. I called back once and the phone rang out. I did assume it was spam and won't bother about it any more now I've read all this.

Same thing had a missed call on my mobile, i didnt pick up as i didnt know the number. I tried to phone back but no answer........

I actually managed to answer the call in time today. Trying to flog ADSL for AAPT. I asked the guy straight up to remove me from their database (saying he's from BMS Telecorp, and apparently it's "impossible". Told them they are in violation of the spam act in that case and will report them to ACMA. Very quickly hung up.
