Same here . I open a nab bank account 2 weeks so .. They called me for two consecutive days ! Better ignore? I haven't picked up the call as I was working at that time !!

4 calls within one hour?! When I called back, all i heared was a voice record ask me to check the number! Don't answer it. Don't ring it back. It must be some kind of scam!

received same call and yes I am a valued customer of 25 years of NAB the usual B>S.  Asked some very personal questions and i guessed we were going into the financial advisor sales pitch.  was quite a nice lady and said she would send me an email to confirm all our conversation... still waiting.   All a bit weird!!!

If you didn't notice. This is a Malaysian address and Malaysian Phone number

It is NAB but it could be any number of dept.

They ring me when I am late with my credit card.

I think they cottoned on to the fact that nobody answers private numbers

Its NAB, they are marketing. FOR ME - they were following up on paperwork issued regarding changes to my CC

I HAVE RECEIVED 5 CALLS IN TWO DAYS FROM THIS NUMBER! The first call said he is from nab wanting to know how I am finding nab and it's services..when they called the following day I said.. how did you get my number? Don't call me again and they hung up.. they have called 4x in the last 2 hours and I am getting very upset and annoyed!

I just got a call from them at 8pm, when she said they were recording the conversation for training purposes I just told her "that's fine I'm recording too" she told me she wouldn't talk to me if I was recording so then I asked "why not? I'm ok with it" and she hung up straight away.  

Moral of the story if you want them to stop just let them know you're recording.

I am receiving a lot of calls at all hours of the day and night and at weekends too from the same number and it is the NAB - on one occasion maintaining that the NAB was enquiring about my credit card. I no longer answer the number when it displays on my mobile as I consider the unwanted and unwarranted calls intrusive and harassing. I have cut up my NAB credit card and returned it to the NAB card department with a letter of complaint. I will bank elsewhere.

If these idiots, whoever they are, are too impolite to even a message and instead just keep ringing day and night, they can go jump! DO NOT ANSWER!

i work in a call centre, this is illegal, calls have to be atleast 4 hours apart.

Got one call which I answered mid early afternoon.  Basically they were interested in setting up a meeting in a financial planner...doesn't suit my situation at the time.  The fellow was nice, made a few notes in their system about our conversation, asked if I was interested in meeting with a financial planner even though I don't have and aren't planning to have any investments, I basically said no, and that was that...

They hang up straight away, and most people have caller ID and call the number back. YOU PAY FOR THEIR CALL!! DON'T CALL THEM BACK.

It could be one of MANY departments at NAB. Occasionaly they do need to call their customers!

I had asked NAB to make some changes to my Internet Banking. They asked if they should notify me when done and I said, 'no need'.

This number called my phone for a half second but stoped before I could answer. Online I found that it was probably NAB. I checked my Internet Banking and they had completed the changes I requested.

same here, i dont know why they keep calling around 11:30am on monday

They're calling to check that everything's working correctly and to ask a few questions about what you might like to do with nab down the track and what you expect from them.

I just answered this after getting a crazy amount of calls from them and she just asked me if i was a list of chinese people and when i said no to about 7 i hung up. It seems a bit odd.  I won't be answering anymore of them.  

Had a call from this umber, its from NAB inparticular someone from the fraud department as someone had tried to scam us.
