    What has happened to you as a result of contact with Folio Invest? My accountants recommend this man and speak highly of his business ethics.
    Lots of their clients have successfully invested with this company.  In what way is he a scammer?

    I have heard nothing further about this. All my dealings with Brad have proved him to be a sound and ethical businessman. He has made my experience of investing a very pleasing one. I can recommend him.

    Brad is a scammer - he has aligned himself with bankrupts & fraudsters. His various business entities remain unlicensed & has not returned investments as promised. He continues to build a tax profile to become a non-resident & siphons proftis offshore

    Don't trust this guy, very dodgy. I have dealt with him in the past and he is an excellent salesman but take NO notice of the reviews above, he is very unethical and would say and do anything to make money.     Yes Brad Bilbie is a total scammer and a crook and needs to be locked up in Jail. He owes many people a lot of money!  Folio Invest is a sham.

    Same and yes to joining in. I am owed lots. Spoke to Forensic Accountant. Said it looked bad but still investigating; initial reaction was that litigation fruitness. So I need help shutting Folio down and the individuals running it. How do we make contact?

    I'm probably in the same boat as others above, my loan has matured but I know I haven't been scammed and I am still 90% confident the funds will come back soon as they have indicated - they seem to be doing all the right things to get everyone repaid - property development is not always plain sailing, a simple extension on my house taught me that.
