Department of planning has confirmed the rezoning is to take place in June. There were many Interested parties eager to buy the site subject to rezoning or with DA. These parties will be re-engaged and new parties over coming months.
The DA has for the most part already been prepared and will be ready to lodge immediately after rezoning. So even if the end buyer is subject to DA the settlement won't drag on too much longer.
If buyer is subject to Rezoning, expect a settlement date within 42 - 90 days.
If buyer is subject to DA expect 42 day settlement.
Assuming rezoning is delayed an extra month, therefore allocated profit should be distributed to lenders back around August - October. 2019

Austral:
The developer has changed planner (finally! I never rated them) to the same planner at Leppington - Jeff Bulfin.
The DA will be peer reviewed by a lawyer when it is finalised shortly and lodged.
There have been many delays on this lodgement mainly due to council.
I am unsure when profits would be realised on this project but surely not before 3rd quarter this year.

Those posts are 2 years old and I doubt your question will be noticed or answers posted.
You might checking court records and see if motions were ever filed. Also search on the web and see if there are other people working on this problem.  Good Luck!

Owed, meet Owed?  Putting contact info on this site is not a good idea since that info instantly becomes public. Those posts are usually taken down by Admin out of caution and concern for poster's safety.

There may be other websites and resources if this is a matter that might evolve into a what we call a Class Action lawsuit in the USA.  It there is a law firm already working on a class action, sometimes there are ways contact info is exchanged, but that is not a sure thing.

One thing to consider is that just because there is a trail of angry people about goods, services, business practices or government actions, does not mean a lawsuit is likely or recommended. Public exposure of facts to news media can make a strong impression so long as what facts you have add up.

That is about the limit of what general info I can offer, since I am only a little old country boy in the US, and unfamiliar with local laws and customs.  Good Luck!

This looks to me to be a huge vendetta blog thread.  They invested money and did not get a return and now they are angry.  That is the way investments work.  Further, why is this Owed idiot replying to himself?  He/She/It doesn't know how to contact Him/her/itself?  What are its multiple personalities so compartmentalized?

I was hoping for some hard info about what actually was promised or expected and what occurred.  In three pages of posts, there is not much to  go on. I am still not clear if this was public or private investing, and what was the exact nature of the scam?  Absent facts, the thread feels like an *itch session of people who backed the wrong deal.

Good luck everyone your money is gone.  The director Jackie Herps is in courts everywhere and has been bankrupted.  Bilbie has fled to beyond the reach of the law to Freeport Sierra Leone.  He does not come to court for  Agnish PL V Bradley Bilbie in the Federal Court for more details of misleading and deceptive conduct in his business.  There is no way that anyone will get anything.  As for Ryan Strauss who was Brads partner all the development projects have collapsed
