I am having the same call.
today i got similar strange call to my land line number. Not sure if it is the same number as I dont have Caller ID feature

If you have actually spoken to someone on this number, can you please post as much information as you can.

I'm getting these calls several times a day, and I'm starting to get annoyed.

Has anyone spoken to Etisalat about this?

now 3 weeks...same number calling from 8:20 to 8:45, even during week end.
becoming annoying. as soon as i can i'll report to police. it must stop!
etisalat cannot give me the caller name for privacy.
does anyone spoke to a live person from this number?

Same here. I've been getting calls from this number everyday and yes it doesn't answer when you accept. Glad that I'm not the only one having this problem.

i got a call and when i answered he hanged up. When i call back it's busy.
I believe it's NBD/EBI cos they called me befoure about insurance

I am complaining about this number to etisalat and as well as to Dubai Police for the same. All most all the day this caller is wasting time

Today in 7th of May, I got call from the same number o4-5152999. This is call centre of some marketing company. He is keeping calling and offering bank products and facilities of NBD (National Bank of Dubai). My advice, if you would like to complain, (1) apply with letter to Etisalat, (2) submit complain form to NBD.  But, better just spend 2 minutes of your busy (in economic downturn) time and reply to call, speak smoothly and you will not get any calls. I received a call from this number 04-5152999 on Sunday May 10 at 13:05, when I called back it's busy!!

This number have anoyed me for 1 month. I called etislat to block this number, they told me to report it to Police. I also called ENBD, the gay told me that he will search for the department and will send them an email to stop calling me, but today they have called me. I guess we should cancel the number and buy another one.

i received a call today from this no and always busy when i call back.

they are calling me for the last one week and evey time i call back its buzy number ????

always give a ring,every time i pick the phone then it sudenly hung,when i call up it always busy.

I got a call from this number yesterday and they told me they are calling from NBD regarding deposits. they have a promotion now that where you depost 25000 dhs, you can keep it for 3/6/12 months and get a good return.
He also asked about my car insurance.

It really did not sound very professional, the guy seemed like he was trying "too hard".. very sketchy!!!

I had the call too. yesterday they said that they are calling from ENBD and they want to offer a special life insurance service...100,000/- for death due to natural causes, 400,000/- due to accidents and 1 million in the event of common carrier accidents such as air travel.
apparently this is worldwide coverage and they charge 44 AED a month, no paperwork they will send you the certificate once you agree over the phone.
I said i was not interested but i know that other banks such as RAK bank have similar schemes.

it looks like these are just ghost calls from marketting companies.

I got two calls from this number.

I got second call today at 7:43 pm and because i was on my way home, i asked her to call after 15-20 mins but didnt get call again.

I tried calling back and is coming Busy always.

I have been receiving calls from this number since the last 2 weeks on daily basis between 8:20 and 8:45.. and when i call back the line is busy...

Did any one complaint to the police??? or is 100% sure that it's NBD???

I got exactly the same issue as all of you... they call me several times in the day and when trying to call them back is always busy.... Weird!!... strange way to sell Insurance i think...
