i am also getting this no.when replying no answer.and when calling them line go engage tone.i think some telephone hacker doing this thing.

I got a call from this number at 7.30 pm on 21st June and tried to call back - it was coming busy all the time.
Again on 22nd morning - after i answer the person hangs up. I called Etisalat and they told me it from Emirates Bank. Thats all - I am tired of receiving these annoying calls - can somebody take some action please....

I have been receiving calls from this number several times a day for 3 months.

Got a missed call from this number a few minutes ago, when I called back it's busy. So I just block that number from my mobile phone.

if this has been going on for so many months now, why can't anybody do anything to stop this?

I GOT THIS CALL TODAY BY CALLING MY FIRST NAME AND THEY TOLD ITS FROM EMIRATES BANK NBD COMPANY, AND THEN THEY ASKED WHETHER I AM DRIVING THE CAR OR NOT? I SAID NO. THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN, HUNG UP.
I CALLED MANY TIMES BACK, BUT NO REPLY. THEN I CALLED THE EMIRATES BANK TOLL FREE NO. AS WELL OTHER NO.S, THE CUSTOMER CARE STAFF TOLD ME THEY DONT KNOW ABOUT THIS NO. I ASKED THEM HOW TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS NO. THEN THEY SAID WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO MAKE COMPLAINT AND ADVICED ME TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER CALL FROM THIS NO.

IT'S REALLY WEIRD.

i just received a call from this number from my mobile and that moment i was talking with my friend,i put my friend on hold and try to answer the call from 04 515299 but he/she hang up.i thought it was from an old friend thats why i tried to call this number many times, hence, everytime i call it was busy.
for curiosity i began to search this number to the internet and suprisingly i came across to this page and found out that there's a lot of complaints with regards to this number.
what i will do now i'll just cancel it once they will call again and maybe i will block this number to my phone.

We should report them to the Police as crank caller.

Everyday I am getting a missed cal from this number and this number always engaged.

same here.they call several times in a week and never say a word.if it is from a bank, and they are trying to sell their products, it shoildnt be this way.i think this is not from the bank as it will give them a bad reputation by doing so.this can be a prank call or else,the bank is checking if we are all still here in uae to make sure we are not run away without paying.this is eally annoying even i am doing the payment without any failure upto date.
the authorities should take necessary action against this as its disturbing a lot of people and make them feel very uncomfortable.

This is NBD and Emirates banks number alright. They are just protected by government... It is their way to track people who have either potential loan or financial product clients and those with loans... its their central office for marketing and harrasment. They will call for offer and threats. That is why its untraceable.. They will violate your rights as consumer and customers. Here is UAE there is no such thing as Fair Rights for consumers. that is why they have a dedicated number for harassing people to pay credit cards and personal loans if they miss a payment. As if they are criminals.

I have been getting daily calls from this number - 3x/day, within 15- 30 mins intervals for the last two weeks!!!

When I call it back, they hang up, and when I answer they hang up!

I don't understand what benefit they are getting out of this!
