Check well the photos they send, often walls, doors are different and the scenery is as well, as well as you can count different cages for every picture...wird isn't?

Go to the police ( IP must have been recorded by the websites and also in ours emails), tell it to your friends, post it in the net, they change name often but you can recognise them as very chirpy.

Always ask to SEE the animal, not to have them deliveredy: they won't reply anymore as they cannot scam you.
Never pay via Western Union.

Well I nearly fell for the scam tonight. Absolutely furious that people have the nerve to do this! And even more annoyingly they have been doing it and getting away with it for so long!
I nearly brought a £300 blue Staffordshire bull terrior after falling in love with a photo I saw on 'Friday-ad'.
They continue to use the 'wife has kidney failure so we have moved to Isle of man' story and apparently now live at 23 Victoria Street, Douglas, Isle Of Man, IM1 2LW. They are using the name Nicholas & Joanne Rutherford at the moment.
All is still the same information wise. They are wanting all personal information to ship the dog for free :-/
I've reported them as suggested above to action fraud, not sure what good it will do
though!
Hope many more look online before falling for his scam!

I sent two replies from adverts on pre-loved today, both came back with e mails very similar to the ones already pasted in this thread, one was from Nicholas and Joanne Rutherford, as I've just found out, these guys are well known scammers.  The other e mail came back from a Peter Matt - petermatt79@gmail.com, again similar wording (was in Wembley and had to relocate to Belfast due to work, therefore delivery was the only option) with the exact list of personal information that I got from the Rutherfords, I wonder if this is the same person.
I immediately smelt a rat and asked if I could view the kittens and we'll discuss the questions raised in the e mails once we meet up, needless to say no reply as yet.

Is there any point in reporting this as I wouldn't have thought anything will get done.

They are now selling kittens got a enniskillen from them today asking lots of questions does anyone know what the purpose of that is? The name was Joanne and Nicholas today

They are simply luring you into a false sense of security so that you will send them the money.  

I had another similar response from a kitten advert from a Harry Styles, surely they can think of better names!  When I replied saying it was a scam I started to get phone calls every hour through the night on my landline, when it answered whoever it was hung up.  I have concluded that this was the scammer.

I nearly got caught today trying to buy a siamese kitten.  I thought it was in Edinburgh but then they said Isle of Man and I began to wonder.     Have not sent money but details of my address.

Do not send any money, they aret the same scammers.
If you ask them to see the puppy/kitten/parrot (etc etc ) they will find excuses.
This is because they are in Cameroon.

After you pay they will tell you the (invisible) animal has been sent but then ther will be problems with the transport so they will ask for more money ( thousands of pounds) to solve the problems.

They send lot of photos ( found on the net) but not in on you can see a face.

if you cannot see the animal do not send money (specially as they a money that  cannot be tracked)

They are scamming lots of people, do not fall on this!

He is now going under the name Nicholas Rutherford,so nearly fell for this,same story wife on kidney dialysis in Isle of Man,sent him an email telling him what i thought of him,not that it will bother him as obviously has no heart!!

Just been scammed by Nicolas and Joanna trying to take my money for Russian.blue kittens. Goes on about his wife having kidney operation trying the sob story. Relocated to isle of man. Report him!

I cannot believe how I just had a inkling that something was not right with Nicholas and.Joanne Rutherford, I was just about to order a neopolitan mastuff but his second message just did not sit right with me, a filthy dirty scam artist praying on people's hearts please beware hus still at it! Nearly just fallen for same Scam but Google them , complete scum

These people now have multiple ads for staff bull terrier pups. Still using Nichola and joanne Rutherford.  Sounded genuine and just up the road from me. Until I wanted to pop around and have a look at the pups and parents in the promised "home environment" then they had moved to Glasgow due to wife's ill health and puppy would be sent by courier. These people need shooting!! Exactly the same emails received as the ones posted above.
