BEWARE! These guys have now changed their story though similar to the others I've read. It's so crazy that they have the audacity to lie to other people about something like a cute puppy. So basically his story was that his "wife" had passed away and he had gotten tired of looking at the pugs (which I was going to buy) around the house. Which is funny because the address he sent me (923 Lakewood Ave, Tampa, FL, 33613) was totally deserted. I found it on many realestate websites. He went by Peter Matt and he "says" he's from Florida and used a different phone number. The scammers, in my experience used the email petermatt79@gmail.com I just hope everyone is aware of these scammers and hope they get caught!

My partner found a puppy for £100 from a long list of puppies in Bargain Pages. I was worried about puppy farming and suspicious of the cost so sent a message to them asking if puppies could be seen with the mother. The email i had back with this phone number and the address from the Isle of Wight mentioned in other comments, was from someone called Nickle Blaise
07031828558. It was a very long email and not written in a way i would have expected using very emotive language. The usual we could go and see the puppy or they would send by courier if we sent the money. Also offered sibling, said we could have both delivered for £500. All red flags warning me it was a scam. Found this site and have reported them to the fraud squad number given. Think i will contact bargain pages next and although i would love to get into some dialogue with the scammer the fraud people have asked me not to.

Vinacy Williams is up to it again, only this time trying to sell Scottish Fold kittens. The name in the reply email is Jadeez Williams (jadeezwilliams@gmail.com) as well as Vinacy in the email header. I received the same email message and questionnaire that you did. It was tailored to cats and also said they had had a pet rescued and were concerned about finding the right home for their kittens. I smelled a skunk by the badly written email and when Vinacy could not answer health questions on congenital issues that might exist with their Scottish Fold kittens. I have been a long time Scottish Fold owner. Plus, the kittens were too young and she said they took them for daily walks. They supposedly have moved to Fargo, North Dakota. (Their kitten for sale post said they were in the Carolinas.) It is winter in North Dakota (they had a picture of a kitten walking on green grass). I used to live there. Three to five feet of snow and 50 below temps do not mix with kitten walks. Thank you for your post and warning!

These people change their names and contact information and what they "sell" frequently. It is apparent they are scamming in the UK, Canada and the U.S. Beware!!!!!!!

I nearly got scammed by these people pretending to sell '4 adorable Scottish Fold kittens'.
It seemed to be to good to be true and when they mentioned the pet courier realise it was a scam. Googled the name Vinacy williams and found this site. The emails that other people have received are exactly the same as the one I did. Have reported them on Action against Fraud. Anyone know of how else to report them?

There's a 'woman' calling herself Franca Paewlapet selling kittens and puppies doing the pet courier scam. Advertising on Trade It and claims to be in the Isle of Man

Just found their Ad selling Samoyed Pups aged 12 weeks. Emailed out of curiosity and they mailed back with the same template as the above posts. The pups are named Rocky & Rose. They said they had relocated to the Isle of Skye and are selling these pups due to work commitments. They were very keen about having a courier deliver the pups to our door. My other half called their bluff and said we were willing to drive and collect both pups ourselves. We haven't heard back yet. BEWARE SCAMMERS! I will be sharing this information with the Samoyed groups in the UK

Many people might imagine this number, starting 070 etc to be a UK mobile, fair enough. 'cept it isn't, it's a Premium Rate landline often bought and used by sellers of cars,as a "one-off", not wishing to divulge their personal home/mobile numbers. Not exactly what you'd expect from a bona fide puppy breeder (or whatever else they think they can con people into!). There's legions of similar 070 (or +44-70) etc on this Forum - I'd put them in same "be(a)ware" category as most 084/087/020 3xxx etc.

nearly got scammed,,received 2nd email tonight and same again saying,they have moved to isle of man and will deliver with out viewing(email was the same as other posts)..full price will be £490

These people are now trying to scam people with horses too. Currently They have an ad on preloved and horsemart for PINTO OLDENBURG HORSES using photos that look like they're in the states. £900 each which would be way below market value anyway, DO NOT FALL FOR IT PEOPLE AND PLEASE DO NOT BE STUPID ENOUGH TO SEND MONEY WITHOUT BEING FACE TO FACE.
