I received a call from this number today. He said I am not selling anything and asked if I was the owner of the home an in an area affected by the floods. I assumed staight away that this was something to do with a scam, so I simply said no and hung up the phone, he had some sort of accent and I was very curious so I googled the number and came up with this sight.

got a call tonight and have had calls in the past from these types of numbers. i am on call for my work and also run other businesses. prank calls do nothing but interfere with your day to day work. the number is always engaged. How are these people allowed to keep doing this? Can't the number be taken away?

Just had several calls from 07 5634 4200 also and when I return the call it is busy..... grr...

Received 10.14am 24th Jan 2011 is the latest. Have received this at least five times but never answer it  and have never wasted my money calling it back.
If it's not in my address book it can't be anyone important to me. I have my number for both home phone and mobile listed in the DO NOT CALL REGISTER but I think that is a Data Base in itself.

Just got a new mobile number and started receiving calls from this number, ignored all except for today and answered incoming call. Got told "not selling anything" and just wanted to ask me some questions, I asked who they were and how they got my number, they hung up on me. a) How did my number get accessed by these people and b) who are these people? I do not want any more calls from them, how can I get them to stop?

Submit this 0753644200 number to the Do Not Call register and if that fails, to the police.
Whoever they are, they are only after money.

Hey everyone. I've been getting these annoying calls from different numbers all the time too. I've decided to start a proper detailed register to record all these calls. Hopefully with enough evidence telcos and police can stop this.

This number rings m at least 3 times a day at all hours really starting to tick me off thinking bout changing my number !

I got a call from that number at 10:55am this morning but I missed the call.

3 missed calls throughout the whole day. Called back - engaged!

this number 0756344200 called both mine and my husbands mobile phones this aternoon rang back only got engaged signal. both our numbers are listed as private we are really annoyed at the fact that some one can get our numbers like that. who are these people

I've received two missed called from this number yesterday and today. I tried to call back today but got the same results as everyone else. This is really frustrating as I have just stopped another hack company from calling my mobile up to ten times each day. I don't want this to get to that point.

Had a call from an extremely rude women trying to help reduce my house loan. She was digusting.

Been getting calls weekly from this number at random times.....not answerd a call yet, but have tried calling it back and didn't ring.

I have had 5 calls from 0756344200 today the fact that whoever it is calling us cannot be contacted we are being  harassed by nuisance phone calls but for what reason?

Ditto on all accounts, but never seem to answer the phone in time and not calling back anyone I don't know.

I also get calls from 0288 233 082 - over it all relly but not sure how to stop them.

this number rung me last week and i tried to ring back and the number sounded disconected. and they just tried again, however this time someone said hello then hung up.
