i have resived a call from this number (0756349400) just then and when i answered they hung up and then when i called back it said it was busy, creepy

I keep receiving calls from this number aswell, usually after 6pm at night. I too have tried to call back but it is busy.  Wonder who it is????

missed call, they left no voicemail message.
this is a gold coast location phone number.

based on the DID it is possible to find out the service provider for this number and lodge a complaint if it is annoying anyone enough

Same thing happens to us. Calls our silent unlisted number two to three times per week, has done so for about 3 - 4 weeks. How do we find out who this is???

Just recieved a call from this number too - how annoying - I rekon whoever was talking about it being an auto-dialer bot to see when ur home is probably right on the money if it's affecting this many people

Called tonight, someone talking saying "hello and laughing" I hung up when they went silent.  Have had numerous calls from this number.

Just got a call from the same number, didn't bother answering.

3 calls today, every time i pick up they hang up

I'm the same too...i never answer but when i call back - it says network coverage not available....lets get the ball rolling on this one....question for everyone....are we all 3 mobile customers? i'm a prepaid 3 mobile customer and i know their customer service centre is in india...I've got another mobile ph with vodafone but don't get these calls on that one.  If you have any form of afilliate with 3 mobile...please add your 2 cents worth.

The number is within a block of numbers registered to AAPT. So if anyone wants to generate a complaint that is your starting point, as AAPT will know who is using this number, or they have provided a smaller block to one of their customers (quite common).

and yes, I receive these calls to my three mobile.

I am three also... this has been going on now for 3-4 weeks and I'm starting to get really really annoyed. it only rings twice now and hangs up.

Have been receiving calls from this number on both my Optus mobile and Telstra home phone for about 3 weeks now. The phone only rings for a short time before stopping. If I ever manage to answer it before it stops ringing, there's noone there. If I try to return the call on the landline, I get an engaged signal, and if by mobile I get a displayed message of "Network Busy" and then it disconnects. Funny thing is, my mobile is in my name, but my landline is someone else's name, so the calls must be coming from someone/thing that I've actually given both my numbers to, but who?!?!?!

same problem as everyone else,phone rings,you answer then they hang up.
Tried calling # back and get 'all lines to this area are busy'.
Complained to OPTUS who said to make a note of 3 dates and time and they'll put a trace on and send a letter to 'cease and desist' or legal action will be taken. Have also informed them of this site and the number of other people being harassed by this number!
If everone takes a note of it happening 3 times and reports maybe something will be done.

I have also received a call from this number (5634 9400). As soon as I answered the call it was disconnected. I'm also a 3 customer.

Hey everyone, I just picked the phone up and someone finally answered. It was someone from the Australian government calling about some insulation tax stimulus package that i didn't want or need. I think they must just be calling everyone. I'm also a 3 customer.

I've also gotten multiple calls from this number today.  PITA!
