I have successfully got a CCJ against this con man Andrew Piner and am about to get bailiffs to collect money owed on a clocked BMW

he recently conned me and currently trying to get money back does anybody no his adress

how much does he owe you ?   did ccj work ?

I have gone down the legal route as this is the only way to get back what is owed.CCJ was succesful and his business now has a CCJ against it and it will be hard for it to get credit and he will struggle with the FSA.As it is not limited then he is liable for the debt which includes car,business propert,personal home address property also.

I am waiting to hear back from bailiffs as only sent case across last week.

There ares till several cars at his garage and he is still in business but as long as i get my money back plus interest which has turned a debt of £850 into well over £1700 now due to him not paying and avoiding calls this will hit him financially.

OMG  can't believe  I have stumbled on this, If this is the same andrew piner  he riped me off for £4000 a few years ago, then disappeared no reply to calls etc  I will Call this Number if he is the same man My Husband would Like to see him and god help him

i stumbled onto him last week, he doent remember ripping me off, but i recognised him striaght away!! believe it or not i bought a xmas tree of him!!! He is running a new car sales place in lower wheelton, chorley called wheelton motors, i followed him home to a house on town lane and the mercedes mentioned above is on the drive!!! its defo him, well lets hope it snows again as there wont be any windows in the mercedes when it does!!!!

DVLA still comes back with 73 Knightswood on P111NCR Andrew Piner but will pass this info onto the necessary people.

He never gives a refund or money back, it wouldnt be good for his reputation, why do you not
all get together and make it hard work for him to trade, all of you write to the chorley tax office
and vat, as he must make lots of proffit due to never paying for his cars, they need more evidence
of what he is up too so call the police, chorley council, inland revenue hm customs, all would love to
hear about this man.
Also contact his land lord who he rents the pitch of, get them to contact his last place of trading
i hear he owes them rent.

No money yet but have passsed my case onto bailiffs for them to get over £1000 back. They have a good success rate and have a high court writ to re-posess goods to the value of this.
