If those saying they were ripped off were cold called, that is one thing, but posts suggest people found this guy and they did not like the product/service.  Better places to post than here.  If the guy is such a crook, how come after 9 years and 68 pages of posts he is unindicted?  Spend your energy on that, not vendetta posts.

Bridget makes a good point. You are still only telling part of the story - conveniently the parts that support the vendetta posts.
- If someone has been on trial and in jail, why vendetta posts still going up?
- If he has resumed a life of crime, why aren't you taking info to the cops or the courts and get the guy investigated again?

This site is most useful for reporting phone scams, Scams that are RUN and depend on telephonic communication to gather in and fleece victims.  Just because someone owns a telephone and you had a bad interaction does not make a phone scam.  For example - the Chinese take-out down the street has a phone and has called me to let me know a large order is ready. But if the food gets me sick, I call the Health Department maybe post on a review site but I would not post their number here. Put your energy where it does some good.

This number has been linked again and again to scams and rip offs, many of which go back 8-10 years. Seemingly, not a person has done a thing, and that suggests a vendetta. Vendetta posts are against site TOS.
