Jack Kershaw is back out of jail and was using telephone number 07594844795 on Friday 16th December 2011.
He called me on Friday because he believes I should lay off of "blackening" his name in the recruitment industry; where he has carried out fraud as well as in the ticketting industry. He thought I was being "sadistic". He claims his fraud against my company was "taken into consideration" in his last committal. He seems to think that wipes his slate clean - until his next scam I guess. However, I let him know I would lay off when he paid back the money he had stolen. He is not a happy boy. From what his parents have written I expect he will not be at home for Christmas.
He changes mobile numbers like I change socks but if you wish to confront him, I guess the number above will be good for a few days.

This sounds like harassment & slander to me.  I think Jack should contact the police regards this witch hunt by Tom Atkinson. Shameful.

Who does this Tom Atkinson think he is?
Tom is clearly trying to incite violence its just not cricket.
I believe he runs a 'loan shark' style business related to recruitment.

I have known Tom Atkinson for many years and more honest guy and astute businessman you will not meet. You only have to spend a few minutes on Google to see the achievements of this chap and how highly we is thought of in business circles. He is anything but a loan shark.

Jack called me a few years ago and tried to scam money in relation to a recruitment business. However I was not foolish enough to get involved.

It's a shame he manages to con people still to this day. Will he ever learn?

Via Linked In, I found Jack Kershaw is operating in recruitment again.A week or two ago, he purported to be under the limited liability situation of Norton Smith Ltd. However, Companies House shows that company was dissolved over a year ago. It had never filed accounts. I have noted many comments about my "vindictive" approach and I wonder how many have been written by JK? They fit his "I am the victim and it's everybody else's fault" style. I thank Martin Kay for putting the record straight.
We can no longer go after Norton Smith Ltd but as JK was its guarantor, we can go after him, so if anyone knows his current address I would welcome an e mail to tom.atkinson@simplicityinbusiness.com
Two final things. An entry above suggests that all offences have been taken into consideration. We have not had such confirmation from the Police or the Courts with respect to the fraud JK perpetrated upon my company. And lastly, Jack is back out in the recruitment sector so if you shake his hands, remember to count your fingers afterwards.
