recieved missed calls on my home and mobile phone 2day

Got 4 missed calls today. at 1712,1733, 1841 and 1938

Called at 1445 on 29 Mar claiming to be from AA ?

Got a voicemail from them It was AA driving school. I'm a registered driving instructor and this call must have been from my original enquiry when I was first setting up.

08000855340 called today 14/08/08 2 rings did 1471 which revealed this number.

Its definately the AA, I did an insurance search on 'confused' and (suprisingly) they came out top, my phone started ringing just after.

Had a cold call from this number this evening, shortly followed by another so I answered by saying "....good evening..............<pause>.......go *** yourself...........<hang up>"

Simply by storing the numbers in your fone under some called "Likes abuse" then you know how to answer the next cold call....

This number is the AA driving school, i enquired about lessons for my son and gave them my number

Had a call today, it's hopefully AA car insurance, I gave them my card details, let's see what happes :)

had a call from them but didn't answer... how could they get my number if i haven't given it out?

Called me yesterday and today. didn't answer as you just know it won't be genuine from an 08000.

Deffinatly the AA they left me a voicemail message as i enquired online to become a driving instructor. just a call too see if i had any questions etc.. basically trying get me too join lol

regarding driving lessons through the AA company

private number, have never answered it but see from 1471 that it calls me.   I suppose they make money from your call back somehow.  But how?

This number rang us two days agp 16:09. If you are the AA we left you three months ago because you are too expensive. If you call leave a message dont scare us again. CAPICE?

Just had a wierd call from this number. Caribbean sounding male said in a jolly voice:
'This is AA - how can we help?' err you phoned me??...  
'Oh that's right', he said, 'you wanna join the AA?' - umm no not really mate, I'm in the RAC.. lol

Definitley AA. I made enquiries about driving lessons yesterday and they were the only company online that required me to register to get a quote. I stupidly did it even though I had guessed correctly that they would be by far the most expensive.

This number called my mobile, as I was driving I didn't answer. When I had parked up I went to call the number back - only to find out it charges you a premium to do so!!!

It is an unsolicited phone call from the AA trying to sell you Insurance, Driving Lessons etc.

They have also tried to call using 08001070662.
