recieved a telephone call from 01619352202... name and corresponding details were incorrect.. called my home looking for a relative, was asked to forward this number on 08001216903.. asked them the name of there company which they were reluctant to give me...but was told it was Robinson way, asked them the nature of there business and again they wouldnt disclose the nature of there business. so i only know the name of the company, but i DO NOT know how or where they 1 got my telephone number and 2 made the connection re relationship to the person they were correctlly looking for.. again they wouldnt discuss anything or tell me anything about there business.. i thought that when you asked a business the nature of there business they were meant to tell you?

They called me to my work place when i wasnt on shift and they didnt leave any messages.It looks a bit weird.

i had a message left on my answering machine asking for a mrs bailey (there is no mrs bailey at my address) saying to call 08001216903 i didnt call this number and am waiting to see if they call again!!!

Alex Jones keeps calling from this no. and asking for Alan Hamilton who does not live at my address!

I got a text today with my partners name in it from mobile number 07786205231 asking to call chris from robinson way on 08001216903 asap

08001216903... this number rang my old workplace today and left a message, to ring someone from robinson way. The place they rang i havent worked for over 2 years but the message that they rang still reached me. think it must be debt recovery!!!

I got the same text, bit dodgy if you ask me, I will wait and see if they try and ring me, never even heard of them!!!

I got a text 2day from 07786205231 asking me to ring Chris on 08001216903 ASAP....... haven't a clue who they are or what they want me 4 !!!!

they also collect for united utilities

Had this company call me today, no idea who they are except from a basic internet search.  Funny they call a number that I've only had for a few months that is recycled from Virgin Mobile.

Well this company just will not give up.  I've had a number of calls from them asking for someone who I've never heard of.  Even though I've left messages for them, seems though they just ignore the messages.

these people keep ringing my home number which is ex directory for a start and i never give out. i also dont have a penny debt so dont know why they keep caling me

These parasites - I mean debt collectors are NOT allowed to harrass or intimidate by law, so if you are experiencing problems with them, report them to the Office of Fair Trading.  DO NOT, under any circumstances engage in conversation with them over the phone and NEVER enter into any agreement with them over the phone (that's if you do have a debt).  If you need to converse with them, put it in WRITING and send ALL correspondence by Recorded Delivery and keep your proof of posting.  The Consumer Action Group have a lot of information on how to deal with these pests.

Just recieved a call from an Alex from an 0161 number (manchester area). He then asked for a relative and gave me the number 08001216903 to phone. When I asked what it was regarding he never answered and just kept asking for my relative to ring. Don't trust it at all

Charming folk have just started pestering my 15-y/o autistic son via his mobile.
