Thanks everyone. I'm blocking this number from making further calls. Suggest if you are fed up of rubbish calls you ask your phone provider to block numbers. It doesn't cost much and is well worth it.

I also received a call from network research saying that they were conducting a customer survey for Lloyd's bank. When I questioned her as to what transaction she was referring to she said she could not tell me because if confidentiality. But she was ringing me to ask me whether I was satisfied with service I received from the bank on a recent transaction??????? Ended the call and will report it to lloydsbank

0800 128015 claimed to be network socializing they are a ppi claims company when challenged they say there the bank. But when you say which bank they hang up. DO NOT GIVE ANY DETAILS!!!!!!

Silent phone call from 08000128015 at 8.55pm.  Hung up after a few seconds. Hope they don't phone back.

We are retired and my husband had cancer.  I rush to the phone, it stops before I can get to it.  Why do we have to put up with these kind of calls when life is difficult as it is.

got a call from this number today at 3.45 asking for me by name when i said it was me on phone they said they had a survey from my ank and would i answer some questions i said i couldnt as im my dads carer and was in the middle of helping him to which the guy replied well it will only take a few minutes when i said no they said i will call back in two days well in 2 days i wont be answering after looking number up on here and seeing comments

Go a call from them this evening asked for me by name. I replied whos calling they told me jenny from your bank. Its about a recent call i made to the bank. I asked them what was my banks name they told me they would only discuss this with me if i confirmed my name. I told them to [***] as my bank always identifies themselves by name and that i did not belief them.

I had a call from this number this evening saying they were from Halifax bank doing a survey they knew my name when I question it they said I had used there bank in herdington and I had lodged a complain I told them I didn't used the bank in herdingon so there for how could I have lodged a complaint !!!! Plus I wouldn't discuss anything concerning banking over the phone they hung up!!

just had some incompetent bimbo from network research try this, saying she was from my bank. Had my correct name which is unusual, but any call at 6:30 pm is suspect. Laughed at her, hung up, reported to ICO.

I hope she gets what she deserves.

Continually receiving calls from 08000128015 - effing nuisance as they are obviously a bank or research company on a scam mission!!

This is definitely a company which is screening people.
We usually don't answer the phone to those people.
But when I was on the phone with someone else for about an hour and then hung up,
I got a call from this number immediately. So they must have screened when we're in and
when we use the phone so that they can catch us.
Questionable behaviour!

Said they were doing a energy survey, ibsaid i didnt have the energy and hung up, 5th call in 3 days

Said courtesy call from bank for my son will try again another time

I received a call at 7.15pm to say they were from my bank and just wanted to check my bank details. Put the phone down immediately. I've also phone the met police fraud unit and they have logged my call and a reference number. If all these calls reported it will build up a picture of their tactics and hopefully these call will stop.

Getting calls on a daily basis on my mobile. Blocked this number after the first  unanswered call
at least a week ago so they are very persistent. Idiots.

Just received call from 0800128015. They asked for me by name and said they were from my bank. I haven't been in contact with my bank, so it must be a scam

Had a call from this number asking for my son regarding his banking. I asked what bank and they said they couldn't discuss it. Wrong house to call buddy I work for my sons bank !
Your bank will always identify themselves And will never ask for info over the phone. Just another scam going round.
