    I have no connection with Barclaycard or Barclays, I don't even have a dog, so no bark either. I suspect the comments saying otherwise are from the SCAMMERS themselves.

    They just rang me with undefined accent. They knew my full name and kept on requesting if it was me. I kept on repeating how can I help you till it became ridiculous.  Then he hungry up realising he fell on a bones with me.
    Never acknowledgement your name or even give them any assurance about the data They hold against you. A bank would have intro themselves.
    That is a scam!
