Don't pay any money to anyone, its all a scam.  Galil Yarden would only be forced to work with the police, as they have or did have an office in Reading.  Any foreign company with an office in the Uk will have to answer to our courts of justice.  Good luck

You said what I would have said also.  My case has gone to the High court of Justice in London.

My late father was scammed out of £14k by Adamus Compendium with the stones supposedly stored by Galil Yarden. Straetus now chasing me to pay GY "invoice" for release of the diamonds. Not a penny will anyone get. Reported Adamus to Action Fraud but letter back saying no action to be taken by police. Since Straetus are propagating this scam will report them shortly. Breaks my heart that people are still being scammed (my father in 2013) - feel so inpotent; unable to do anything.

Hi there, I have 4 diamonds stored with GY, 2 of which are up for storage renewal this month. I have not received notice like I normally do. What should I do about this? I read with interest that you say you are working with HMRC to work out actual value of stones and not price paid, so that duty can be paid accordingly. I would like my stones returning to me but would not be able to pay the duty on the purchase price, as I feel this was a highly inflated price. I am working with City of London Police who are prosecuting the company that sold me the stones. Is everyone who has stones stored with GY being contacted? Can I contact your company with my details?

Insolvency Service wound up Adamus Compendium who also purported to store diamonds at Galil Yarden.
Contact there is Martyn.Pettitt@insolvency.gsi.gov.uk who indicated to me they are not pursueing the directors for fraud (strangely?)
I have also reported to City of London Police companies who purport to be able to recover and sell diamonds stored there but who police so have these companies logged as scams.

A very big rat.I note that the police are also investigating GECTRADING who used Galil Yarden to store my two diamonds (fortunately not too much money involved) and I am having trouble identifying if my stones even exist
