I wish these freaks would stop phoning me multiple times a day, 7 days a week. I will NEVER order from Hotel Chocolat again because of their constant harassment.

Have had (and am still getting) regular calls to my mobile from Telefocus (I know who it is and who they are calling on behalf of thanks to this site) for months now.

Checked my Hotel Chocolat account settings and I had specified to only be contacted by email, by Hotel Chocolat themselves.  Asked Hotel Chocolat to contact Telefocus and remove me from thier list around a month ago, and am stil getting the calls.  

I am guessing that they think the laws dont apply to them so just to amuse myself I answer the call but dont talk back.  Is shocking that they dont even wait for you to speak before they launch into thier greeting, and then go on to shout (yes, shout, my phone is about 2 feet away from me when i pick up the call and can hear them quite clealry without speaker phone) "Hello, Hello....Hello.  There's no one there.  Hello, Hello, Hello"

Probably not the best thing to do, but seeing as everyone else on here still has the calls even when left un-answered, it seems they really dont get the message.

I just came home from work to 4 missed calls from this number. I thought something serious had happened .

I mean why call me 4 times when I have voice mail... it must have been something important... I thought. How naive, it was marketing of course :(

I complained to Hotel Chocolat and they were really good about it. Just a shame they are still in business with this company.

May I just ask why any of you complete and utter idiots would give out your personal number to a company in the first place? The fact that the majority of you are following the trend of ordering a product, amazes me that you would take the opportunity to also jot your number down. You are going to have to be prepared to take calls if you give your number out to companies, because why the hell else would they ask for it? It's your own fault for giving your numbers out.
