Why do they call you then put the phone down

Five missed calls from this number on my home phone today!  Ridiculous.

They call us at least twice a day but we never answer.  They just don't give up.  Surely this company should be reported to the telephone preference service.

Same problem as other people... multiple incoming calls from this number (2 in the last hour or so), when I answer, they hang up immediately. My number is fully listed with TPS :-(

18:45 today got call noone spoke but then hung up????

These people are pestering my mum. She slams the phone down when they don`t speak,problem is she`s doing this to her family aswell now! Wish they would stop phoning when people don`t answer them and should be a law on this.

Sick to death with this caller, rang at least four time this evening alone. I have a contract with one of the Nuisence caller companies and paid I seem to remember something like £70 for their services.  They certainly conned this old pensioner!!  I heard that you can be traced and fined if you blow a whistle down the line but boy am I tempted to risk it!

I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS FROM THIS LOT WHO I HAVE TOLD EVERY TIME THAT THE PERSON THEY ARE TRYING TO CONTACT (MY FATHER IN LAW) WHO HAS NEVER LIVED AT THIS ADDRESS.
THIS MORNING WE RECIEVED A LETTER WITH A BROCHURE FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEN ANOTHER PHONE CALL THIS AFTERNOON.
THEY SHOULD BE CHARGED FOR NUISANCE CALLS AND CAUSING DISTRESS.

This Blinds company have called me 39 times in the past four weeks. Fortunately we have a nuisance call blocker (Truecall), and they haven't got through once HAW HAW.

When a UK based company can carry out large scale and unsolicited harassment for years, it's clear to me the law needs to be changed. The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) isn't working. Write to your local MP - demand change!

Sick of receiving calls from this number

Rang me on my mobile, inferring that they had sent me information at my request, I told them I was not interested. They then rang me on my landline at about 9pm.

AT LEAST THREE TIMES A DAY FOR THE LAST FOUR WEEKS AND THEY JUST HANG UP.

I AM REALLY PICKLED OFF WITH IT NOW HOW CAN WE STOP THEM??????

Phone call from 08005610056. They stated my name which I advised was correct and they immediately hung up. I hope this is not going to be the start of nuisance calls from these time wasters

Just had a call from this number but I decided not to answer it before checking this website. So pleased I avoided the call but I'm hoping this isn't the start of many as it's to my business line which is TPS registered.
