We keep getting calls from this number up to 4 a day, luckily it ring's off before i get to the phone so why do they keep trying? at least their number is n't withheld but it is getting passed the joke now, don't they ever give up?

My wife has been getting three or four calls every evening on her mobile... no one on ever the other end... I phoned them back today it was Thomas Sanderson.. I complained to the chap and he said that it was due to more automatic dial-outs than they had people on hand to answer... I complained and said that this was not really good policy and it was also not conducive to customer satisfaction etc.. Didn't seem to care. I asked him how they got our number as we'd never bought from them and had never registered with them .. "You'll have to ask for that in writing" he says... "You do realise that I will never ever buy anything from your company.." I said. Unbelievable.

Anyway the answer is to register all home and mobile phones with the TPS:

I have started getting calls from this number, they either ring off before I cab answer or hnag up, really annoying

phone rang 3.00pm 10.5.2013.
picked it up.
heard someone peaking to someone else.
realised it was a rubbish call.
put the phone down, so I did as well.
What a waste of time and effort.
Perhaps it is because no-one can get a decent job these days?

this company calls regularly.
I had a small porch built by WEATHERSEAL and they either passed on my details of it is part of the same group?
It is a BLINDS COMPANY. They clearly do not take no for an answer.
I have just enough room to put in a comfy chair (1mx1.5m porch size) so I can sit in the sunshine.
The last thing I want is BLINDS.

ringing EVERY day twice a day, they rang me 4 times yesterday ... I dont even like blinds!

Best thing to do with these automated calls is not to answer them as the computer system then recognises that your number is an active phone number and stores it on its memory and keep calling. After it has been ignored a few times it will drop of their system and the calls should stop. It's not worth answering and having a row with someone as this want stop the calls

My UK number is diverted to America. These [***] keep calling and hanging up - IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT.  I would love to explain this situation and ask them to take my number off their list... but they just keep bloody hanging up. Is there no UK law against this?

They seem to call every day about the same day, I need to have a word with them as I am on TPS

I have told them many times that I am not interested. I get on average two calls a day, if they will not remove me from their database I will take legal action against them as its so annoying and a total waste of my time. My number has been on TPS for years but it make no difference.

Just save the number and block it :-)

They are definitely Sanderson Blinds and a bloody nuisance!  Rang them now, bloke answered all chirpy at first, when I told him that I did not want any more phone calls, seeing as they'd rung me every night for a fortnight, he sounded weary and very abrupt and said he'd take my number off their database..they'd better or I shall seek legal advice... ( Tel: 0800 056 2929. ).

Have been getting about 3 per day for last 2 weeks.
I just phoned the number 0800 5610056 and asked for my number to be taken off their number list.
No problem - lady was helpful - asked me for the surname and number. Said she would take it off.
We shall see. If I don't post again assume it was successful

Its those [***] from Thomas Sanderson unwanted Blinds again, I have reported them yet again to ICO & TPS (oh yes I have been registered for over 10 years now) what a joke.......

3 or 4 times a day these [***] keep trying, well here is what you have all been waiting for the names & addresses of the two directors & the company sec, lets let them know we have had enough, good luck.

Called today. Rang them to ask for explanation and they told me my number was from a Conservatory survey completed in July! Load of Bull as I had not done a survey in July and I NEVER give out my home phone number only ever the mobile and my home line is registered with TPS to stop this crap!

this number rings me 3/4 times a day!

Like many I too am being plagued with silent calls from this company, and the  last seven missed calls on my phone are from them. Surely common sense would tell them that none of us would even consider buying goods from them, following these nuisance calls.

Too the 'tunch of bossers' making these calls, please leave your home phone number on my answer phone so that I can ring you and discuss my requirements, and to the idiot who says it is the computer calling you, the computer will only do what is told to do.
