I missed a call from this number, I've been applying for jobs so thought it might have been a call from one as a response - glad I looked it up, was going to try and call back but I won't now. Thanks!

I regularly get calls from this number just block it - annoying as i am registered with TPS ....

I had a missed call from this number on my mobile. I tried calling back and got a pre-recorded message telling me it was a premium number and to try dialing again without the first zero. No idea who the hell it is, or how they got my number.

this number called me today. Very annoying seeing as I was in a lecture and awaiting an extremely important call. They hung up.

This number rings me constantly every other day, morning noon or night!
As soon as you answer they hangup.
I'm getting reet cheesed off with them so will probably have to report it to the industry watchdog!

My husband just had a call from this number pretending to be from the scottish hydro offering cheap boiler cover,  as we have been thinking about this anyway my husband asked the man to send out some information to read before he decided but the caller insisted it was a limited time offer and asked for my husband to set it up today,and he nearly agreed, until he wanted to know our bank details, at that point i jumped in and told my husband i suspected it was a scam, because hydro never do that, they always agree to send out info, so the caller got quite agressive and said if we didnt set it up now we couldnt get the offer so my husband hung up, then i dialed 1471 to find out who the real caller was and thats when i found this site, cant believe how close my husband came to being scammed by these scum, makes me so angry. I dont think it helps that they can get your number and details so easily off other sites like 192.com  for a small fee anyone thats registered on the electrol roll is listed with full details of address tel numbers and all who stay there, even ex dirctory numbers, which i think is quite scary, so i wont be registering from now on.

Getting loads of calls from this number but not answering cos I don't answer numbers I don't recognise. They will get fed up b4 me cos my phone is on silent all day . Ha ha :)

Just got a call but didnt answer as Im at work. Glad I didnt!

this number keeps calling me, i dont who they are, i never answer a call if i dont know the number or it is a 0800 number! it annoys me

i keep getting alternative calls between this and 08009524857 when im at my work so i havent actually answered them and when they leave a voicemail no one is there

It's LBM Marketing, as the report on the first page makes clear. There's only one solution - everyone who has received calls must report it to Ofcom.  This LBM company is already in trouble.  If everyone reports it they can be stopped.  Don't hesitate - report it.  The easy way is via this link:

Thanks for the link Mike. I found out my call was from Orange. I don't answer any number that I don't recognise and they eventually give up. I never call them back either.

Every two days I get this call- i only answer if I recognise the number! who on earth is it?

Got a call from this number & Irish man's voice tried to sell me a maintenance contract for our gas boiler, said he was from Scottish Hydro.

Picked up but no one there. Called back and heard a recorded message supposedly from Scottish & Southern Energy (I'm not with them) but that they were unable to take the call.
