I have received a call today from 08432768392. The person on the other end called Amy stated  that she was calling on behalf of Debt Solutions Limited. The number is believed to be registered to Debt solutions ltd ("Your Company").

I am registered with TPS.  As such you have committed an offence by calling my number without screening against the TPS.

I AM ALSO HEREBY MAKING A CONTRACTUAL OFFER, IF "Your Company"  OR ANY SUBSIDIARIES OR ASSOCIATED COMPANIES CALL ME AGAIN I WILL CHARGE £250 IF THE PHONE IS ANSWERED.  THE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS OFFER WILL BE IF "Your Company" OR ANY SUBSIDIARIES OR ASSOCIATED COMPANIES CALL  [removed].
THE AGREED FEE OF £250 WILL BE IMMEDIATELY PAYABLE.  ANY FAILURE TO PAY IMMEDIATELY WILL RESULT IN INTEREST CHARGES ON THE FEE OF 1% PER DAY COMPOUND THAT THE FEE REMAINS OUTSTANDING.
AS STATED DONT PHONE AND NO CHARGES. PHONE AND YOU ACCEPT THE CONTRACT AND FEES PAYABLE.

This number has called my home on numerous occasions with an automated message claiming to be able to remove dept.
The calls occur in the evening after work and often involve a long period of silents before the message begins.

This is an intrusion of my home!

I was called by this number today but have a caller display so I do not pick them up .
   I did ring it back though to find out what it was because Santander have a long number , it was a recorded message that said this number has been permanently disabled ?? if thats so how the hell did they phone me .

Had several calls from the number and another similar which ends in ...439..instead of ..392..think they are an 'loan /debt company' ..etc..not as I bother to answer the phone anyway, its info I have got from other people..

the number keeps calling me on my mobile via my phone divert if i find there office i will cut off the heating and flood the place !

Yes we have had 6 or so of these in the last week.
We are TPS, ex directory etc.

I suggest that people dont try and bother talking to these scammers and wasting your time because they will hang up anyway and not pay attention to your requests of getting removed from their list. What really needs to be done is a legislation change or something like that like opting IN not opting OUT. the government needs to step in here, the regulator is toothless and powerless.

We need to lobby parliament! It is way beyond a joke and contributing to so much anxiety and stress.

Another nuisance call, they won't stop and ignore our TPS (no calls).

A computer controlled voice keeps talking at us telling us we have debts that could be wiped out, press 2 to find out, then the line goes dead every time.

A pack of lies,  insulting and time wasting.

The t*ssers call me twice a day at least. I never press '2' as I suspect I will be charged.

Spam call. I see lots of complaints above, but has anyone actually reported this to Ofcom and if so what is the current status?

This number is an automated sales call, asking if you want to reduce your debt. This number rings me everyday, it's so annoying.

I get calls from 08432768392 about 4 or more times a week saying " this is not an advert please don't hang up,........... that as of May last year the goverment introduced a scheme to get rid of your debt".
So annoying, I never pick up my phone now!
Will look to report to Ofcom or something like that?

I was called by all three of these number today. Over the past three weeks I have had around 50 missed calls from these numbers.  Who wants to take this to BBC's Watchdog?  
                                 
I have even located their direct dial number where a human is actually on the line no an automated system like the calls we receive from the numbers above.

I have taken a lot of my time to track all this down I hope we can get rid of them invading our private/business phone lines.

had a call from  08432768392  pressed 2 for a operator they are a debt recovery and when i asked them to stop calling as my line was a business line they hung up

I just press 2 (no charge) and tell them to eff off. Pointless really but makes me feel better.

bloody annoying - I am so sick now of calls from 0843 numbers!

Got called three times this week,but I don't answer the phone with these type of numbers ,they didn't leave a message,but they will get fed up sooner than later..
