Sick of these calls

Rang today 3/3/2015 at 15:36. Unknown caller but since it's an 0843 number likely to be a scam call and judgingby the number of reports on here, suspicion confirmed and calls now blocked.

Just got a call saying I was eligible for free solar panelling

Why not block it. I have.

This is a random number best to ignore it I can't wait for the law to change so I can report these companies for harassment

a real nuisance always when I am doing something fed-up right FED up  peed off. thought all cold calling was illegal.

Called my mobile today, I didn't answer it, then got a text message from my voicemail to say I had an answerphone message. Called my answer phone and the message just said "to opt out of future calls, just press 9"  - as if that would work, it would just confirm that your number was valid and then let them carry on pestering.

I've just been shopping around for car insurance, but used the option for no contact, so it could be one of those companies.

I now never answer any calls from numbers that I don't know on my mobile or landline - it makes it difficult when you're self employed, but these cold callers have created this situation.

They keep phoning me on my mobile. I don't answer but it is becoming a nuisance as we are waiting for some important family news

This company keep calling me about my 'debts' that I owe and that I can get rid of 70% of them, I have no outstanding debts as I'm still in uni its taking the p*** now

I am sick of you calling me.i don't need it my mam is not well.and my brother is in hospital.

and stop ppi calls. my mam is elderly.i have a brother that is not well.we don't need it.

aa soon as i see this number i never answer so they are wasting their time cos i never will roll on april when we can report numbers that is causing a nuisance

This number has called me 3 days on the trott.  Reading these comments I will definately ignore any future calls from them.

Scamming, harassing C U N T S!
So much for new laws meaning the calls no longer have to cause harm to people to get punished. No one will ever try to stop these freaks. I see no reason why they shouldn't be charged under existing stalking/harassment laws.
I hope Jihadi John burns their family.
