these people keep bothering me aswell they really need to get a life and a hint they call me every single day there even have started to call me on private number.

I actually called them at the number above. Its the Paymex Group, a Financial services group. I rang to see why they were calling numbers that are registered on the TPS. They said it was because I had requested financial services from one of their sister companies. For anyone interested, those companies are Baines & Ernst, Blair Endersby, Easycall Finance, Buchanan Roxburgh, Baker Evans, and Evolution. http://www.paymex.co.uk has all the details.

As with other posts here, I was offered assistance with unsecured debts, which I had not requested. I will be reporting the matter to Ofcom - I suggest others follow suit.

They only thing I will say in their defence, is that it is unusual with such calls to be able to find so much information in the public domain.

REMIND  THEM THAT ANY FURTHER CALLS WILL BE CLASSED AS HARASSMENT AND AS WE KNOW THATS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE.

i had same call from this number and they ring once and thats it but they rang me yesterday as well god knows how they got my number but am fed up of them ringing my mobile is there not a way i can get it stopped

ring every morning, it's a scam to save you money, going to take further action if they keep ringing

I has a missed call from this number and when i rang back they answered by saying are you replying to a call or text, i asked who they were and they would not tell me, what kind of company is this please, not very professional and reading all the other comments alot of peeps this the same.

This number has called me 3 times in the last 24 hours and hangs up as soon as I answer it. I don't know who the company is, but it is significant I think that the calls from this number as well as several different finance/loan companies have been calling me ever since I took out a mortgage with Nationwide a couple of weeks ago.

they just keep calling "frustrating"

I keep getting this number call me everyday, every hour, I have never answered and glad that i didn't, I don't know who they are but they are very persistent and annoying. This is harassment!

This company are a joke. I have no idea where they got my details from but they have my mobile number and my work number and call me constantly throughout the day. Sometimes they ring once and hang up. I have just called them back and given them hell and told them to delete my details off their database, and even then the guy I spoke to was trying to sell some debt management plan to me, god knows how many times I said I'm not interested!! I have had 7 missed calls today and its only just 1pm. So annoying.

This company contacted me today. They are called direct solutions and from what I could gather from speaking to the advisor, they are a debt solutions company. I asked them where they got my details from and they said I had recently applied for a loan (which I didn't) and due to the current financial climate and people struggling with debt yadda yadda yadda. I interrupted him to advise that I did NOT have financial difficulties and was managing just fine. At this time he apologised for wasting my time and terminated the call. So if you want rid of these people when they phone I can only suggest that people say the same as I did.

This number keeps ringing me over and over at least 5 times a day! These loan companies are driving me mad... If I wanted a bloody loan I would ask for a bloody loan!!

Keeps calling won't take the message to leave me alone!

This number calle d me the toerh day. I asked the person to remove me from their database as did not appreciate receiving cold calls. He then entered into an argument with me so I hung up.

This number has now been calling me hourly which is pestering me and is a nuisance.

These are calling me up to 8 times a day. On virtually every occasion they remain silent. They respond only when you dial back and they then say, 'are you returning a missed call? Am I speaking to ABC on 0123455678?'
They then takle an aggressive interrogatory line of questioning, demanding to know all aspects of finances. Last week they actually had the gaull to say that they were confused and wanted me to give a full explanation of my finances then and there, and could not grasp that their call was unsolicited, that callers must NEVER, I repeat NEVER divulge such sensitive information over the phone; and dislike being asked to confirm details by letter (and I'm a lawyer! which did not in the least phase the guy on the end of the line).
Just ignore these calls and ask Orange to bar their number.
