Call numerous times. Keep asking for my partners late husband. Scumbags wont remove my number from their records.

I have had 6 missed call of these guys today, have gone onto their website and send them an email requesting them to stop calling me or i will report them to offcom. Whether they will or not who knows!!!

They just called me "Oh Hello ,you spoke to my collegue about missold insurance on a loan",
I have never had a loan in my life!!!!!

Guy phoned my mobile today said he was from Bains and Earnst about my debt problems !   Said I fell into the criteria where I could get help to write off my debts!   Firstly I dont have any debt problems times are hard but I am managing thank you very much and secondly where the hell did they get my mobile number or the idea that I was having financial problems.    This is the second call in the last couple of weeks last time was a different company although I suspect it was the same number.

Got a call on mobile saying that I have previously contacted them about debt management.  Err...no! Why would I do that when I don't have any debts??  How they got my phone number, I have no idea.  They got my name wrong too, maybe thats a good thing.  Had other calls but from different companies and numbers. This is my first call from these guys... lets hope its the last.  I said "stop calling me" and hung up!

This company are a pain in the a*se. 12 times they have called today whilst i am working. I do not answer these calls as any number starting 0844 are usually crap. Have ordered a new sim card today.

you know wot this is really getting f****** annoying now they ring every day, i dont normally answer but i did today i told them im not interested but she still went on and on in the end i put the phone down. i will ring my mobile company as i am sick of this now.

They called me today said " Do you have sharp teeth" then hung up! Very strange!

Had a call from them very very ignorant chap on the phone who would insist on talking over me, so fed up with him cut him off. Done some digging about found who the directors are (and there personal home addresses) if anybody would like these details let me know and may be you could write to them personally and ask them to stop harassing you.

These people called me yesterday for my partner, no idea how they got my mobile number. Told them he wasn't available. They then called me 5 times between 5.45 & 8pm!!! And again this morning.
Gave them my partners number in the end, they called him and offered him a loan to repay off his debts, when he said he had none, they said " don't know why I'm callin you then and hung up!!!"
I'm on the telephone preference system so shouldn't be receiving these calls!!!! A HUGE Annoyance!

very ignorant and rude call from Baines and Ernst offering me debt consolodation etc, told them not interested and to delete my details... all i got in return was why? we can help. lots of pushing for me to accept help... even though i do not need or want it!

to stop any unwanted call

This number keeps calling and hanging up. I don't know who they are and I want to stop the calls. I have been told it is a financial/credit solution company, but have no idea where they got my number from.

I've had continuous calls from not only this number, but the following ones, including countless text messages. It's really doing my nut in!!

As you can see they won't leave me alone!! I don't want to resort to changing my telephone number as these people should not be harrassing me. When I answer and don't say anything, they just put the phone down.

ive done this too and lets hope others do it aswell,they will have one hell of a bill to pay ,it would help if you could understand them when they ring up ,they do nt un derstand english as they was told to f...  ..f  but rand again

Was getting harassed by this company repeatedly!!!!! several call today which I did not answer then I called and the first guy said he was from a missed payments line and he would call me straight back but he didn't. So anyway this panicked me so I logged on to my internet banking to see if a payment had bounced - no it hadn't so then I checked my next account, same thing all fine. Panic over so I called again and he introduced himself and said he was from Bains & Ernst, at last some honesty!!! What the hell was the missed payments line all about??? I've never done any business with this company!!! I told him that his company was harassing me and he apologised straight away and reassured me he would remove my number. Nightmare!!

Called me on both house and mobile, very annoying but I do have to admit that the guy who called was polite and accepted my "no thanks" with no difficulty. I guess I was lucky.
