I bought some space bags from space systems ltd but  declined to add my number  to a marketing list. Nevertheless they appear to have passed my number on to this bunch of rogues.

I bought some Space Bags after seeing a TV advert, requested to opt out of marketing but they're still calling me! Just ignore, they dont leave voicemails

Similar, I bought some Space Bags but did not give my permission to give my mobile number to anyone but received a call from this number. I asked them who they were but they put the phone down. How rude. Don't engage with these rude people.

I will be contact OFCOM and Which magazine to complain.

I purchased Space Bags too and am receiving phone calls from this number. I emailed Space Bags to complain about them passing my details on to other companies, here is the reply from Space Bags

Thank you for your email.                        

After purchasing an item from Spacebags you would have received a telephone call from us to check everything was okay with your order. In this telephone call you were offered a free trial with ‘Free Time’. On agreeing to take up the free trial your address details were then passed onto ‘Free Time’ and an information pack was sent out you.

The welcome pack fully explains the terms and conditions of the club and there is a telephone number listed for you to call to cancel if you do not wish to continue membership of the club after your 30 day free trial. If Free Time do not receive a cancellation request within the 30 days as mentioned in the welcome pack you will automatically be upgraded to a fully paid up member. It does say clearly on the envelope that the contents are not junk mail and that time sensitive documents are enclosed.

We offer our customers this trial membership as we feel it offers a very good opportunity to benefit from the discounts they offer and even receive a free weeks holiday accommodation in Spain which is very good quality. The whole process is very transparent and their number is on the welcome pack letter, every page of the brochure you received, and also printed next to the annual payment on your statement.  Customers should be told both on the phone and in the welcome letter that their payment details will be charged for the annual fee if they do not cancel within the 30 day trial period. We apologize that this club has not been of use to you in this instance.

I didn't receive a telephone call asking me if all was ok nor offering me a free trial with FREE TIME. I didn't receive a welcome pack either with a  "telephone number listed for you to call to cancel if you do not wish to continue membership of the club after your 30 day free trial."
I'm really angry about this and certainly won't be using this company again.

Like Pauline, and everyone else it seems, I am a purchaser of Space Bags from a TV ad. I too am getting inundated with annoying calls, and like Pauline I never received a call or anything else regarding opting out of FREE TIME.

To add insult to injury it actually took Space Bags 4 weeks to fulfil the order in the first place. Recommend you don't use this company.

I am lucky, I monitor all incoming calls via my answerphone! They ALWAYS hang up! I just dialled 1471 and got the number, but I never answer a call unless I get a message from someone I know or a business with whom I am currently dealing.

I received a call yesterday morning from a very friendly chap who informed me that following my purchase of spacebags they were sending me completely free of charge as their way of thanking their customers, a booklet of vouchers which if they are not needed I would be perfectly at liberty to just put them in the bin! I further queried and there is no charge whatsoever for any of this - it won't cost me a thing? He reassured me this was completely free. However some alarm bells are now going off in my head so I googled the telephone number that called me and it would appear that this is not the case at all. Its an absolute con which I will have to sort out. I could have done without this - they called me when I was on the way to the crematorium I was completely off guard, I feel they have blatantly taken advantage not just of me but of their customer base they should be brought to task. There was no mention of whether everything was okay with our spacebags bought from a television advert. A 30 day free trial was mentioned, nothing mentioned about an option to cancel just told if you don't want it you can throw it away. I have not, do not want and will not be subscribing to these underhand tactics and will be contacting my credit card company accordingly. This is a lowlife company exploiting  mis-selling and abusing their customers with their underhand misleading tactics. AVOID THIS COMPANY

In late 2012 I purchase some Spacebags. Shortly afterwards a membership magazine called Free Time arrived.  The Free Time magazine people are apparently based in Spain. I called the number provided to say I did not want to become a member and was told payment for membership would not go through.  Despite this the company tried to take £99 from my account.  My bank's Fraud Team contacted me to verify the transaction, and cancelled my card.  I did not at that time connect the purchase of Spacebags to this attempted fraud.

Following another purchase of Spacebags a similar thing has happened.  This morning I received a call from the Fraud Department at my bank asking if I had tried three times today to make a payment of £99.  I had not - it is these lowlifes again.  This has resulted in my replacement card being cancelled.  If you have bought Spacebags, please check your statements carefully to make sure this £99 has not slipped through.  

Yes...... I rec'd the same kind of call from these scumbags today but having read these forums I was able to respond accordingly. Definitely AVOID SPACE BAG company and cancel your card and ask your bank for a replacement card to be on the safe side.

Thank goodness I googled the number of the missed call on my phone, and found all your comments on here. How disappointing that I too purchased space bags and have now had to cancel my card. This company should be ashamed!

wow.  I had no idea this was on this site. But I am sure glad I read it. Was sooo soo tempted to get these space bags.  The product looks good, seems there is some underhand practices going on.

I will save my time, money and annoyance for something else.  lol

I used to work there and can confirm they transfer your details from space systems to freetime including your card details, they are based in Barnstaple not Marbella, there is no victor Ramirez but if you do call in to cancel they cancel and refund but your details arenot deleted they just try  and take the money the following year as a renewal.
I would urge everyone to report these fraudsters to trading standards

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SPANISH COMPANY. I strongly suspect, but so far I have not been able to prove that they are part of the'Club Class' group. You can find information about Club Class and Club Class Concierge on the internet and none of the comments are good. They are a rip off merchant. They sometimes say that they are based in England, but these are usually just agents who rent offices by the week.

I've just received a call from this number offering me a renewal to a subscription! I said a firm NO but he said it was being sent anyway then hung up! I also purchased Space Bags (back in March 2013).

On reviewing my bank statements I can see that they did take £99.99 last April 11th and obviously by phoning me today, they will be attempting to take the money again this year.

Incidentally I never received a call from them last year, never received any correspondence offering me 30 days cancellation rights and never received a Free Time magazine! I am unsure how I missed this transaction on my statement to be honest but I assume that's how this company earn their money... by the complacent consumers like me!

I've just contacted my bank who have lodged it as a fraudulent transaction, have refunded the £99.99 from last year and have blocked this company from taking any more money but I am shocked that this type of activity goes on. I am obviously very naive!

Please contact your banks and check your statements carefully!

I bought some space bags from the shopping channel on tv.  Now this number keeps calling me!!!!  How dare they share my number with anyone else

I recently purcahsed Space Bags from a TV Advert and this company is now ringing me. I did not give permission for my details to be passed on to third parties and am now concerned like the rest of those who have alrady complained that my personal detials and bank detials have been passed on and will be used by this company to illegally take money from my account.

Same as everyone else! Very angry & if they take money out of my account I will get the Police involved. I will not be using the Company again.

I have googled this number because I didn't recognise it.  I generally do not answer these calls.  I noticed a comment about  having bought space bags online, I also have recently bought space bags online.
