These people must be the most unhelpful, useless, scammers in Britain and so far getting away with it. DONT GO NEAR THEM, DONT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS. Be warned YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Try speak to a manager in the company. Apparently managers are 'impartial' therefore unable to speak to anyone. What is that? Their accounts department do not take calls? WHY? Think carefully. letes hope they are put out of business quickly.

I have just received a call from these and paid £100 now and arranged to pay the other £100 in 30 days! Im very worried about what i have read and reluctant to go ahead with this very few happy customers and plenty of unhappy ones!! Im more annoyed that i explained i have 3 children and coming upto christmas i didnt have the money!! They obviously have no heart!! Im so annoyed with myself!! Never thought id be so stupid!!!

I was contacted by consumer credt services llaneli in dec 09 .I was foolish to take up their offer having got a few credit cards and paid £199.99 on my credit card  . Apparently my claim was unsuccessful and I only found out by contacting them this was in july10 I iam still trying to get my money back despite several phone calls at my expense and loads of broken promises from them. It is fair to say I have been SCAMMED ! yes  I made a huge mistake and im paying for it ! DONT RESPOND TO COLD CALLING YOUR ASKING FOR IT AND I THINK C.C.S.LLANELI YOU ARE DESPICABLE PRAYING ON VULNERABLE PEOPLE.HAVE A CRAP XMAS YOU RATS !

It appears some dodgy companys are passing themselves off as the legitimate one. The legit one is happy to take part payments rather than full payment up front. I called the MOJ and verified the real company - who as one or two others have said are able to process a legit claim. Unfortunately lots are getting the scam numbers and being put off.
