My telephone rang at 3:15 am. It was a recorded PPI message. I checked 1471 and found the above number.
You can appreciate that I was very concerned when I was called at this time in the night!

Had a call from this number at one in the morning! Didn't get out of bed to answer. No message left on voicemail.

Had a call from this number. At 01.36 this morning, I have not long lost my husband this call frightened me , please if you can stop these calls

Received called at 0430 today, obviously thought it was emergency from family member, really would like to be able to do something to prevent this sort of thing happening to others.

4.48am they called.  Who do I report them to?

this number 08446480169 woke me up at 3.40 am this morning. it isn't acceptable. It was a recorded message about a bank refund. It should be stopped! As I was still half asleep I didn't take in all the details.

This number called a 1.45am and woke the whole house.

Yes. This caller called my grandmother's house at 11.45pm last night. Not only is it an unacceptable time to ring anyone, as others on this page have mentioned, but also incredibly disconcerting/worrying for anyone to get a call that late - everyone's immediate thought appears to have been that it was an emergency from family members. Not only that but my grandmother is unwell recovering from an operation. Unacceptable, and something should be done to stop these fraudsters.

Phone call received at 2.40am this morning. Answer machine picked up the last part of the message advising press #9 if you haven't claimed #5 if you have already claimed. It was an automated message but the speaker was male and had a Welsh accent. Been up with a poorly boy most of the night so not happy. Made a note of the number and reported it to ICO through the Ofcom website. The more people report it the more can be done and hopefully this company will be shut down and fined.

I must have been one of their first calls at 11.15pm.   Thought that was a bit too late to receive an automated call.  I got off lightly compared to the rest of these messages.

Phoned me at 5-30 am. Not impressed at all.

4.54 AM PPI recorded message. I'm not a happy lady after being woken up :(

We had gone for early night after a very long day and were woken at 23.11 by the phone.  You do get a start as we have elderly parents who aren't that well and you automatically think there is something wrong.  Made me feel quite ill and couldn't settle for a long while after as the anger set in - but looks like we got off lightly at just after 11p.m.!

Also got a call at 02.27 which woke me up. I answered because a call at that time usually means trouble.  Automated message about refunds for PPI, which I have never bought and am not entitled to.  Not  content with calling several times a week in the evenings, now they want to disrupt my sleep.  This lot need to be stopped.  Registering with TPS makes no difference.

Had a call at 00:30 last night! Was obviously not happy at all!!

Received call from this number at 0351 30th June.Great panic as thought emergency with family.Welsh male voice saying a refund was due on a banking fee.Didn't really sound like a recorded message .Didn't speak to caller but just hung up.Don't know the company name but the number was available to me on 1471.

Our turn came at 00.35 this morning. Like many, there was an immediate panic over what might have happened to a family member. Unusually crass timing even by these parasites. Just make sure you get your complaints in to ICO. It can be done via a petition on the 'Which' website, as well.

Message just left on my answering machine. Claimed that I could claim back the fee from my building society current account if I claimed within 8 weeks. Then the old press 5 or 9 trick.
