Phome calls from this number at least 3 times a week.  Last one 8.30 on a sunday morning!!!!

Loads of silent calls from this number.
At what point does this sort of activity become unlawful harrassment and intimidation?
Any lawyers here know the answer, or what action to take.

please call 0800 123 321 as it cost the company 'KITCHEN DIRECT' to recieve the call and its FREE for us to make it from a landline..... When the person answers tell them this is for the petition for 'TOMMY HIGGINS TELEPHONE MARKETING NUISANCE CALLS' they have been made aware that this petition is taking place...... Its time for the underdog to rise against these morons that spoil out valuble time by making these calls from 08450554454.... REMEMBER the name 'KITCHENS DIRECT' and dont order anything from them as they are in serious financial difficulties ( check companys house) ... Please pass this on to as many people as possible and remember to mention the name 'TOMMY HIGGINS' petitian to the person that answers the call....... I have tried many many times to get them to stop phoning me but they tell you that they will remove your number if you give it to them, DONT this is just to get you on there recored and they will then bombard  you even more........I know this for a fact as I have been informed by a person who works for them and is on the verge of leaving...... Good Luck and keep those 0800 123 321 number busy, you can call as many times as you like, every penny hurts them as its a loss to them...............

Forgot to mention that they deliberately call you and when you pick the phone up they either hang up or you may hear voices in the background then the phone goes dead, this is remember so that you will call the number back at a higher rate than a normal phone call............. This ploy saves them money so remember to read the notice above this one..... Good Luck

Just got a call,phone went dead when answered.

Called the 0800 number which other people have kindly supplied.  Wound the guy up (Simon) who took it very well, credit to you Simon.  He has taken my number off the list and we did work out that they got my number from GO COMPARE!!!!  He did appreciate me singing the advert down the phone right enough.

I am getting missed calls from this number on my mobile - I tried calling back from the landline to see who it is but always engaged.

I am so grateful for this website! At least I know who called me and that there is absolutely no need to consider calling back

I think they're calling to confirm that people exist in a database of numbers they get.

Someone called me from this number a few moments ago. There was a moment where I could hear some call centre noise but no-one responded when I said hello.
If this is a ploy to get people to call them back then they will be disappointed here!
