Kitchens Direct - cold calling - wondering if I would like a free kitchen design

I have never brought anything of this company EVER. I live at home with my family and so therefore dont have any need for a kitchen catalouge.

but i have never subscribed to this and certainly never give out my mobile number unless absolutely necessary so i dont see why they have my number

This number calls my landline and mobile. It's harrassment!

i get regular calls on my work phone from this number.  it is always busy when you call back.  i have never given any company my work mobile number so i don't know how they got it.

A very unprofessional call from Kitchens Direct.
I've never visited their website or knowingly given them my number.
When asked where they got my number from, they said that they got it from my service providers database!

They have stopped using this number to call me since I added it to my reject list.  They now call me using 01376502425.  I have completed their form to remove me from their database, hopefully this will stop all the calls.

I left a posting about this lot two years ago and have not had a call from these people since - I answered the phone Kitchen Direct and it threw the female out at the other end of the phone. It has worked they have not called back since. Why not try it !

Got a call today. As soon as I answered, they told me they'd called the wrong number and hung up.

Got a call from them today didn't answer it s i was in bed after working  night shift by the time i got to the phone they hung up. Not happy. I'll tell them that if they phone back

Arrrggghh they just rang me in midst of me trying install stuff on my phone...not impressed!  I've had several call from these over past year and not once has anyone actually ever spoke to me!  Reckon if they do ring again I will use your advice CP and answer wiv Kitchens Direct!

I have received cold calls every single weekend one of them form this kitchen pro and I told them many times to not to call.  What kind of cowboys now and where is the data protection act here????

reached end of my tether and having found this 'tinternet took the advice from an earlier thread & called their free phone number to ask to be removed.....let's see if it works!

Just had an ignorant call from these guys, searched the net and it brought this site up. MAGIC!,... I called the 0800 123321 number and amazingly got a nice guy who told me that you need to call the call centre dorect in Witham, Essex Tel; 01376 502 615. I called here pretending to be from the Metropolitan Police, I said that I had received calls from this 0845 number too many times and it was becoming an issue. The immediately brought a manager on the line, I could hardly stop laughing!... I explained who I was again, and gave the name of the Area Commander (who's my mates Dad by the way!) although they didnt check.

Told them that I needed to find out how the got my number, the manager spilled the beans big time, she said that she works directky for Kitchens direct, who but telephone numbers from a comapny called MKD Holdings in Manchester.

Anyway, the guy you need from Kitchens Direct is Peter Walsh, he is the operations manager for Kitchens direct and he is the one who purchases the telepheon numbers... Call him on 0161 872 2422. If I can get an email I#ll post back here...lets see how they like it.

WHY DONT WE ALL CALL HIM NOW AND TRY TO SELL HIM SOMETHING, EVEN JUST JAM THEIR SWITCH BOARD!.... lol

Ah, at least I know who this is now. The thing that annoys me is whenever I answer the phone I get a beep and it rings off! Funny thing is I worked for Kitchens Direct years ago for a week as a cold caller going to houses asking if they wanted a kitchen (I was young, I needed the money, I didn't know any better!) I got paid 5 quid a day, and 15 quid if they sold a kitchen! 15 quid for effectively selling a 2 grand kitchen? Any wonder I hate them as much as everyone else!
