I too opted out of being contacted by phone when I had a magazine trial subscription a while ago, but they are pestering me on the phone. I look at caller-display & don't pick it up.

rang every day this week with offers of magazines at cheaper rates plus the free one i 'applied for' online. i actually filled in a survey and said yes to free copies of these magazines not to being called everyday with them trying to sell me subscriptions

It's Dennis Publishing. I cancelled my subscription to their 'The Week' magazine and have been pestered by calls to my mobile ever since. There should be a law against this harrassment. If I want to subscribe to their stuff I will.
