Has called me 4 times within 10 minutes..........go away!!!

Had many phone calls from this number askin to renew my contract early, has anyway actually went through with the early upgrade and if so, has it worked!

3 times in 10 mins..so annoying!!!!!!!

This number has called me 4 times yesterday and twice now and its stil1 1 pm. How many more for the rest of the day? No voicemail left.  Im with t mobile so it must be some sales call.

I get calls from this number at least 4 times a day, it is so annoying. I dont pick up, but called back once and no one was on the other end. How can i stop this?

Yeah, say's it's T-Mobile if you ring it back - although the automated message isn't complete and just cuts off so could be anyone really. I tend not to answer any 0845 numbers - if they really want to get hold of you, they'll leave a message.

It was t-mobile selling me ("special offer for a valued customer") a usb internet dongle for 10 pounds a month.

Only trouble is I have actually tried their dongle about 6 months ago and sent it back as their coverage of my area is awful (ie. virtually zero) - not great communicationas at t-mobile by the looks of it....

This number is defo TMobile, after having so many calls which i never answered i phoned T Mobile to make sure they knew who the number was and they can confirm its a Sales team from tmobileoffering upgrades extra!!!

they did the same to me. no one on the other end!

had this number call me loads i actually spoke to someone about an upgrade. told them i wanted to look at phones so would call them back suprise suprise no answwer when i returned the call. so i rang t-moblie customer services they said no such number and they dont call about upgrades (what fibbers)and anyway nothing showed on my account that i had been called, how strange and convienent was that. think i will leave t-moblie probably safer and wont get any more dodgy calls

3 calls in 10 minutes - as I'm at work I don't answer my personal mobile and I never answer numbers I don't know (least of all 0845 numbers).  So at least now I know what it is thanks to this site.  Yes, I have a T-Mobile contract, so that would explain why they're calling me.  Will continue to ignore!

text stop to 49011 and they won't phone again

I have been called 3x in the last 10 minutes. It is T-Mobile, as I saved their Customer Centre number in my last phone and copied it over. I answered it twice and got silence. Basically, T-Mobile sales call centre staff are paid by the number of customers they dial - NOT the number of people who renew/upgrade/sign up. So, as long as they "call" you, their system records it as a "successful" sales call no matter what, and the staff get their quota for the day achieved. Pathetic really. They dont even have to actually speak to you to get their quota. Having said that, T-Mobile have been a great company to be with - highly recommended. Wish they would stop d*cking around with the sales calls though!

i work for tmobile and i can confirm that indeed it is us and we are simply playing white noise down the phone, and to those of you who can hear the white noise will be able to work in our 6th sense division.

Have had a lot of calls from this phone number in the past month, renewed my contract with t-mobile yesterday (in the shop not over the phone) but had another call today. Occasionally there is someone on the other end, sometimes there isn't and most of the time I just ignore it.  

It's nice to have found out that a lot of people are having problems with this phone no!

I've had several calls from this number (usually during the day when I work) and like someone mentioned above, I never answer 0845/private/unknown numbers (if the call was that important they'd leave a message!). The stupid thing is, I got an early upgrade on phone and renewed contract with t-mobile in the shop a week before Xmas

This is getting ridiculous, three times a day this number calls me, I ignore it straight away but they don't get the message.

Two days running now they have called 3 times in half an hour while I've been driving home from work. Annoying as I have a Bluetooth Radio in the car and it cuts out the Radio while the phone rings and spoils my enjoyment of the show I listen to. Strangely this has started happening just days after I enquired when my upgrade was due. It's not due till March at the earliest but now I start getting these calls. I don't answer 0845 numbers unless a call has been prearranged and I get the number beforehand. Have had no problems with t-mobile before so hope they're not going to start making a habit of his sort of thing.

They have been calling me non-stop at least 10x a day. I'm glad I found this site as I was worried it may be a debt collector or something serious. Now I can relax and ignore them while I study for my uni exams

Just had 2 calls in 10 minutes from them. Not impressed as I'm at work. (still found time to post on here tho ;p )
