Cold call - ignore or block.
Will probably leave voice mail message - ignore or delete.

Automated call to say I'd won a prize and to press'2' on my mobile phone and someone would call me back later. Needless to say I didn't press '2'. Annoying to get these calls though!

Left voicemail saying something about a lifestyle and to claim my prize, deleted voicemail and blocked number

Just ignored it, been calling once a day for couple of days

I answered it and it said something about a prize.  I pressed 2 to get a call back and when they do I will scream and shout at them down the phone demanding where they got my number from as I opted out of these sort of things.  I have also reported this number to 7726 (SPAM)

Left a voicemail message about calling back and winning prize money. May be some fraud scheme to get you to give card details.

I had a call from them too but as with all 0843 & 0845 numbers and in fact any number not in my contacts list, it wasn't answered and a block put on it.  I always check on here though to be 100% sure.

left a message to say i won a prize. needless to say i didn't reply as its clearly a scam. like to know why i'm still getting these calls when i'm registered with the TPS!

Think about it,    today is the first say such calls have been reported here on anywhere else that I can see on the web.         Have you or anyone else reported them to TPS yet?    Have we been able to establish the source or originator of the calls yet?    Were there clues in your recorded message that might help?

Has it occurred to you that:
A) You've just confirmed they are through to a live number.
B) Said callback that you've just authorised, could well be at your expense?

Another annoying "you have been selected" call.

I don't how they get these number. They have been contacting me everyday saying that I have won som £200 worth of Vouchers..Common guys, its 21st century ..no one gives any thing for free these days...not even sickness..How to chase these phone abuser and sue them ? pls suggest.

Well I have opted out several times in the past but to no effect. I keep getting atleast 1 such call every month from different numbers.

By pressing 9 you are letting them know that your number is active and they will continue to call. Best ignore or block if you can.

Do what I do and ignore it like I do with any 0845 etc numbers or any from any source that's not on my caller list. It's their time they're wasting.

Just answered my phone to this number accidently (I didn't properly check the incoming number). It was an automated message congratulating me for winning £250 in high street vouchers or an iPad, Instructing me to press 2 for a callback in 24 hours to complete a short survey. Needles to say I didn't press 2 and blocked the number and would strongly advise anyone else to do the same. I hope now, because I answered, my number hasn't been sent to a 100 other scam companies. "You don't get owt for nowt"!

told me I had won a prize of £250 after being chosen for doing a question air. I haven't done a question air. I was told to press 2 (to continue) or (press 9 to opt out).I did neither and hung up . now checking the number ready to be blocked. how do they get our numbers.  stop calling us.

08454290081 called - remember folks, dont press anything, in fact dont answer as then they know your number is 'live' (or active!) and will sell your details or call again. Ignore and block!

Just out of interest I called this number back from the work landline so it didn't recognise my mobile and it says the number you have called has not been recognised.  But if its phoned from my mobile it works!  It's about claiming back money from a delayed flight!  Avoid and block for future.

Called me at 12:04 today, I didn't answer because I never answer calls from unknown numbers, but a 'message' was left.  When I listened to the message, all I heard was a grunt before the call was terminated.
