Called my mobile. Didn't answer, now blocked.

annoying phone calls during and after working time

recieved missed call from this number today. tried to call but ee message says calls to this number are not being connected

Just ignored it, been calling once a day for couple of days

No one there - left 7 sec blank voicemail

This number called me today about 10.15am answered the phone then no one there, after reading messages on here have now blocked it!

You have been selected!! ( was the start of the call ).   ' you have been selected as well '!! To be blocked !!!!

Gota a call saying I'd been nominated to win £500 hung up on it

Same as everyone else auto message claiming I had won. Now blocked.

Automated message to say I had won £500 worth of IPad and to press 2 and someone would call me back!! I sent the number to blocked calls.

This so called company with contact number: 0845 429 0081 has called me twice this month and left a voice message to press this option to 'opt out' or something along those lines. I have blocked the number twice off my phone as cannot recall having any correspondence with this unknown number. Very annoying but have now registered my mobile phone with TPS so reassuring myself that these calls will not continue or at least worsen down

Would it be better if the people alloting these annoying numbers, are informed that people are being harassed and would they take back the alloted number, and if thehey dont comply then they
should be warned that it would involve a heafty fine, i think this would solve the problem

Voice mail on my mobile. Very short excerpt and could not get the gist of it, sounded like ?win? Very annoying, of course I have not returned call.

Same crappy scam "Won" a £500 voucher? Brilliant, free money wow I must call back! Oh yea, I forgot....I have more than 2 brain cells so I ignored it and promptly reported my concerns on the ICO website  **That is what you do to stop these scum, TPS have zero powers of enforcement they only hold the opt out list. ICO website > report a concern > give details of number who called, etc and then they might realise exactly how big a nuisance these scammers are and get them in court faster.

Cold call/marketing scam - now on blocked list

guys please, just because someone is cold calling It does not mean to say they are trying to scam you. I have bought various products via cold calling companies and they have been great. if cold calling was so bad it would be illegal, there is absolutely nothing wrong with cold calling unless your registered to the TPS... Stop being so narrow minded, some of the products these guys sell are actually quite good. all these people are trying to do is make a living and most companies who cold call especially in the UK are all fully regulated. get your facts right...

Jaff, these people are not scum, they are trying to make a legitimate living. if it was illegal I assure you considering there uk based would of already been based, not only that, this company is fully regulated by the ICO and adhere to all ICO best practice guidelines. you need to find something else better to do with your time...
