Called 150 to cancel part of the services -- given this number -- did not connect --- I bet I was charged for it!!!

virgin media sucks..better disconnect all your services with it. I myself have worked in customer services and it's not good.

bloody virgin media, they rape us for costs to our service and then they charge us for calling them because its broken all the time

Call 151 from your virgin landline thats the free support number

you can dial 150 from your landline so it dosent charge you

i was billed for a 24 minute 6 second call to this number = that's £2.23p [not including VAT]

i found out it it's the Virgin Media helpline number when i looked up the number on this site.
i've NEVER called that virgin number!
if i need to call them i use the 150 or 151 free numbers.

i had to call this number when my virgin media went off & i could'nt get using my phone & broadband.....it has cost me £24.00 in calls to them before i was re-connected....they only offered me £10 in compensation....i think this is very very unfair.

all the credit on my phone dissapeared overnight.
