Virgin media is an absolute joke so far they have had £168 4 2 months Tele and now charge me £15.00 4 a I i made 2 complain 2 them bloody joke diconnect me c if I care

I have no virgin media products, no idea how they got my mobile number, but someone claiming to be them has said that they are coming round to install things-which I haven't asked for-and to text or ring back to cancel. When I check the numbers, they aren't legit-except perhaps for this one. They don't know where I live, as far as I know-what's going on?

I had a call from 01132125000 which left an answerphone message advising me to call 08454541111. No idea who they are. This was on an old rarely used EE phone. Never been with Virgin Media for anything. Rather odd?

I have been charged £6.43 for a 12 mins call to this number from my Virgin mobile! I can’t even remember calling this number.

What a [***], I have called them because their broadband was not working and they charged me £40.00 for asking why.Iam cancelling it now .Can not wait

im sure there is but when a virgin media rep gives you the number you EXPECT it to be a local number. Sorting out a phone and broadband issue cost me £19.80 and will Virgin refund this amount????? No
